I LOVE Kendra Scott! I was lucky enough to attend a conference where she was a guest speaker and since then I became a total addict. Getting to know her life story and how her business came about plus all the charity work she does was like getting to know her personally and so inspiring. However, I recently visited this store (over the weekend) and was in there for about 15 minutes and no one ever came around to helping me. The store had a few customers two of the girls were at the register checking people out but I didnt even get a greeting or an "Ill be with you soon". There was even a girl in the back using one of the tablets completely submerged in whatever she was doing not paying attention.. so I left. Disappointed. I know this does not reflect all of Kendra Scotts stores and I will continue to shop there. Just wanted to point this out...

Every time I come to this particular Kendra Scott, I find the staff to be unfriendly and unwelcoming to help you out. Ive been to Kendra Scotts in Dallas during the holiday season and they were the warmest, most helpful employees, even though they were swamped. It was just a matter of being courteous, which I find a lot of Houston stores lack - good customer service by reaching out and helping clients. I avoid coming to this location because Ive had to hound anyone to help me and even then, they only half-ass it. Better management, better attitude, better service needs to be in place. Theres another Kendra Scott in West U/Rice Village that Im going to go to from now on.

I suppose Im the lone wolf on this experience because I dont consider the service 100% "friendly". I think more so on the weekends, idk, and I go there often. Today I went and this is the second time I find the employees very "robotic", starting with the greeter at the door. She had no smile whatsoever. Then, the cashier, although friendly, had an attitude more like, "Okay, lets get you checked out and gone". Very cold and robotic as well. I usually leave with a "snooty" feeling about the place. I give it 4 stars but thats generous. The staff could be a bit warmer. Im not saying overbearing and obnoxiously, fake nice, but at least act like you have feelings. My opinion.

Went to Kendra Scott City Centre today to make a purchase when I mentioned I am a teacher, Rebekah responded with the sweetest gift! She asked me how many teachers are on my team and gave me coupons and koozies for each teacher on my team. She also told me thanks for what we do and wished me a wonderful start to my school year! Amazing customer service! Thank you Kendra Scott for being so willing to give back to teachers!

Super friendly group. This company helps organizations raise money by having a private party and within a two hour window any jewelry purchased under your organizations name, your group will recieve 20% back in cash. They also provided champagne and cupcakes.

Horrible service! The line was to the door the whole 45 minutes i was in line! 1st and last time in this location.... and saw no one putting a pep in their step to hurry. A courtesy announcement from a manager would have gone a long way...

Closing at 8pm in a retail center that is open much later is kind of ridiculous. They lost a lot of sales just in the time I stood here typing this.
