I have absolutely LOVED my experience with Riddles! We purchased our wedding rings from Riddles after looking at many other stores because we were wowed by their commitment to great customer service, timely servicing for repairs, and affordable prices. I cannot recommend Riddles highly enough to my friends and family because the amazing staff at Riddles have gone above and beyond time after time. Any time I have taken my ring in for servicing it has been finished within 24 hours IN THE STORE! This is unheard of anywhere else and I am so thankful because I hate being without my ring! The staff are always so friendly and kind to me- especially because I come in often to get my ring cleaned and they always remember me and call me by name. Huge shout out to the Topeka Riddles staff for taking care of me and truly caring about quality and amazing customer service!
