I recently went to this Right Way and wasted about 2.5 hours getting the run around from the salesmen there. I feel like they thought I was some dumb girl who didnt know anything about what she was looking for and really tried to take advantage of what they were assuming of me. This is the first time I am buying a car from a dealership and I wasnt really sure what to expect. The first thing they did was start financing paperwork for me. I am not really sure if I want to finance or outright buy something, but they didnt bother asking me. Then, the salesman handed me keys to a car without even asking me what I was interested it. I looked outside and he had the car pulled up, doors open and ready for me to test drive. I have been car shopping for a while now and have a pretty good idea of what I am looking for, which this car wasnt anything what I was looking for. After getting the run around a little while longer I told them salesmen I was interested in a car they had listed on their website. Without hesitation the salesmen told me the car was sold. They have about 10 of the particular cars I am interested in listed on their website, all different years, mileages, and colors. Somehow, the salesmen knew that one had been sold though. They spent about another hour trying to talk me into/finance something for me that I told them over and over was too expensive for me. This was about two weeks ago. The car they said was "sold" is still listed for sale on their website.

Daniel Mack put a lot of pressure on me to buy a vehicle i didnt want. He ignored my request for something more suitable for me. I purchased the vehicle and had second thoughts so i called the next day to speak with the manager Dean Degroot. He proceeded to tell me all good things about the truck and it changed my mind i was going to keep it. But I was also offered a free 2 year warranty by his sales associate Dan but it showed up on the invoice. He denied every bit of it and we went back and forth about it, thats when i said i knew i should of made a contract. Then Dean got angry and told me to bring the truck back to void the sale because i called them liars apparently, when in fact i was the one lied to. I told him i felt horrible about the whole situation and he told me that i should feel bad. Youre the manager come on now. I go down there around 2 to return the vehicle, everything was calm Dan said hi to me took me to his desk and processed everything. I tried to apologize to him about the inconvenience and told him thanks for remaining calm because your boss was pretty rude. And he said well i dont blame him its a rude situation we wasted hours trying to get that for you, i simply said i had plans on coming back when Im ready he said that was fine and turned around and walked away. I do not recommend right way to anyone. Cole Nissan is the way to go! Not to mention all the reviews you see are forced. So dont be tempted by the good review.

Ryan Horton at Rightway Auto has been such a help in getting me into a car he hooked me up with an insurance guy from Fox insurance after I said well the sale is going to be contingent on how much insurance is he called him and he took me for over $400 told me to call him after the 29th he could get my insurance at $227 a month. Well I could never get a hold of him and the girl Mary in the insurance office said she couldnt either but Ryan had his personal number he could !!! Then he set me up with a guy from USA insurance but it was get this.....storage insurance!! Do not buy a car from here their shaddy they will do anything and everything to get you into a car but then treat you like crap their manager Dean yelled at me and said if I couldnt afford insurance I shouldnt have bought a car. Thing is I could but your salesman Ryan pushed Marvin down my throat and totally took my $ . They also have some fly by night mechanic work on these cars who drilled 8 rivets into my car when all it needed was 3 clips. So unless you want taken for a ride DONT no matter how bad your credit do buisness here.

Went there to get a vehicle told them what I wanted and how much I have to put down, they said the vehicle I seen online was at one of their other lots and they swap with their other lots all the time. So salesman told me that they could see what they can do about getting me in a car, but they would have to run my credit, which I was leary about because I told him I did not want the inquiries on my credit. But after assistance I let him run it, they were trying to put me in a vehicle that I did not want and wanted double the amount for my down payment. I am upset because I checked my credit and have over 20 credit inquiries from them. Suppose to call me back to see if they can get me in something, but I left their lot and went to another lot and got exactly what I wanted. So they are pushy and try to put you in something you are not wanting. The sales guy we had was nice though!

I went to the Right Way off of Sprinkle Road. Sherry was our representative and I called her by that title because she did more than just sell us a car. She made what was already a stressful situation so much easier. When I called Right Way I had lost all hope in owning a nice car but I told myself...why not just call. Then Sherry answered all my questions and spent extra time to help us understand the process step by step. So many car places could take advantage of something like that but Sherry wasnt like that at all. She stayed patient when my son wasnt, and even still when we had to run home for documents. When her shift was almost over she didnt hurry us along. I am greatful to her for the wonderful experience. I now have a nice car thanks to her. Thank you Sherry.
