"KALAMAZOO EASY CAR MART" CAR LOT AT 2914 PORTAGE ROAD IN KALAMAZOO IS SELLING CARS THAT ARE NOT LEGAL TO DRIVE THEY ARE ALSO SELLING CARS THAT ARE RIGGED TO MAKE IT OFF THE LOT THEN BECOME UN DRIVE ABLE. MY SON PURCHASED A CAR FROM THEM THAT DID THAT WITHIN 1 HOUR AFTER HE PURCHASE IT. THEY DID AGREE TO FIX IT AND LET HIM USE A LOANER.THE LOANER THEY GAVE HIM WAS A STANDARD TRANSMISSION THAT HAD NO 5TH GEAR OR REVERSE.THE NEXT MORNING HE RETURNED THE CAR AND" KALAMAZOO EASY CAR MART" ,LOCATED AT 2914 PORTAGE ROAD THEN GAVE HIM ANOTHER LOANER WHICH HAD NO WORKABLE SEAT BELTS AND SOUNDED LIKE IT HAD A BLOWN HEAD.THEY FINALLY GOT HIS ORIGINAL CAR BACK TO HIM AND IT HAS A FUEL PROBLEM NOW.WE WENT TO RETURN THE CAR TO GET HIS TRUCK THAT HE HAD TRADED IN AND HIS $500 DOWN PAYMENT ALONG WITH THE $311 1ST PAYMENT ON A CAR WITH SEVERAL PROBLEMS NOW AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE HIM HIS TRUCK BUT NO MONEY.THEN THEY CALL BACK AND TELL US THEY LOST THE KEY TO THE TRUCK SO HE WOULD HAVE TO GET A KEY TO DRIVE IT OFF THE LOT.I ASKED TOM THE MANAGER IF I COULD TALK TO THE OWNERS BECAUSE HE WAS PASSING BLAME ONTO THEM AND HE TOLD ME THEY WERE SILENT PARTNERS AND COULD NOT BE CONTACTED.THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL KALAMAZOO RESIDENTS.DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM "KALAMAZOO EASY CAR MART"

I really appreciate the service I received working with Mark. I walked in and informed him the amount I had for a down payment, my credit history, what I was looking for, and the payments I could afford. He worked with me on every aspect and got me in the vehicle I was looking for and wanted, and most importantly what I could afford. I ended up having an unfortunate situation with a mechanical aspect that was discovered right after buying the car, I contacted Mark immediately and he had me bring the car in the next morning, let me use a loaner while it was figured out and took care of the situation with no stress on me or my finances. Ive never received service like this from a used car dealership and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. 5 stars from this very happy and satisfied customer. The entire staff was very nice and very helpful, and I enjoyed doing business with Mark. We will be going through them the next car we purchase.

Working at a car lot selling cars all day is not an easy job. We are open 6 days a week. We have irregular lunch hours, and we work till the last customers leave. Easy car made it EASY to get into a good car even after life happened and we had a repo. We started off with what we could afford to build a little credit, we still drive that car just over a year later. We paid that off last month with perfect payments and we got our SECOND vehicle yesterday! VERY happy with both vehicles and our credit has quite improved from where it was. They will do everything possible to get you in a dependable vehicle that fits your budget. Very friendly staff even though Ive only met four of them over the year and some odd months and three of them are still there!!! Thanks Mark and Tom for great service since day 1...

I did love the customer, but I didnt like how I bought the car and wasnt given any background history nor was I helped when I told them that the car drove like it was about to lose the wheels. I asked questions before I left the lot and was given too many I dont knows. Not to mention there was an alarm on my car and I wasnt given a remote or anything... I was told I have to fix any problems on my own... which made my mad, considering I spent so much on this car there shouldnt have been issues like this. I dont know; my first time doing it by myself. I should have seen this coming.

Came in 6 months ago with little to put down on a car and a brand new job , Tom worked with us on the down payment and got us into something that we could use to build credit and paymwnt history with them. Came back today with the car paid halfway off, and they got us into a beautiful 04 envoy! And worked with us on pricing and even knocked money off from asking pricing for a few minor problems. Great company and great staff! The best part they treat you like a human not just a paycheck like most dealers! Thanks Tom!

I found a late model mustang there last year that Id been looking for and they made it easy for me to buy from them. I needed a bridge loan until I could get a loan through my credit union which also let me drive away with the car right then until I could get the loan at the credit union the next week.
