I drove down from Alabama today because they had a truck in the specs I have been looking for but unfortunately we could not make a deal. I came to play ball (pre-approved loan, trade title in hand) but the truck had a front end vibration and the rear main was seeping. Would you fix the truck? no. Would you come down on your price to compensate for repairs? no. Then I was offered the option to purchase an extended vehicle protection plan. I did not really even know what to say and was quite astounded at such business practices. If you want retail prices have a retail product. The fact that they would not budge a single dollar on price to me is not only bad business but poor character. It was a long two hour ride home after dealing with these folks, I would not recommend going to Bestway Auto. Positives: They offered me what I feel is a fair trade value. The truck I went to look at was overall clean even though it had issues. - Three Stars Rebuttal to Owner: I think it is awesome you try to belittle and discredit people in any review that does not include five stars while minimizing any claim that you may not be perfect. Your response is the lack of that character I suspected since we have never actually met. To file an insurance claim on a known issue prior to the purchase of the insurance is called fraud. I have no problem with companies offering protection but when you offer it as a solution to a problem on a vehicle it is illegal and you are putting you buyers in a bad situation, maybe I did not make that clear. The truck was listed online for $22900 if you did a price drop that is I am assuming because no one was buying the truck and I was told military service gets an automatic $500 credit so I did not count that as your company working with me on the price. So your stance is thank you for your service use the money we gave you off to go pay for an $800+ rear main job and front end work or file a fraudulent claim on the insurance you just bought from us? I wrote an honest review (the good with the bad) and being you never spoke a word to me at your dealership I find it ironic you are so interested in me now and feel the need to lash out. I stand by what I said and I will include the picture of the bell housing so it can be seen that is it seeping and that it was not changed. If it was just changed why was that not mentioned when I mentioned the oil? Probably because with the lack of tool marks on the bolts show it was not changed and it will need to be in the next year. If you read this owners response and still want to go here I would be very surprised. -Two Stars

Not only did Bestway accept my high-mileage trade in, but offered more than its worth! They sold me the vehicle of my dreams in return and worked within my budget to get me into the vehicle that I wanted rather than concerning the whole deal on what I can afford. I appreciate the hard work and flexibility that was shown to me in helping me into my #1 vehicle of choice, rather than upselling or finding something to settle with. Not only did they do all that for me, but they go above and beyond to make sure that your vehicle is top-notch regardless if a vehicle is sold "as is". Even with no warranty or guarantee on the vehicle, they have done free maintenance, free parts and even gave me luxury vehicles as loaners! All in an effort to go above and beyond keeping the customer happy! Thats the kind of dealership you have there! Genuine people that care more about the customer, their experience and satisfaction! In all the vehicle transactions Ive ever had, this was by far my best experience and when it comes time for another trade...theres no question that Bestway Auto Brokers is my first and only stop. Nothing beats them in price or customer care, period!

A special thanks to My Very Good Friends Wayne and Sara for the patience you had with me and even coming in on your day off when I changed my mind and the choice of my truck and to finish everything up to get me in this Beautiful Beast! I recommend anyone seriously looking to purchase a vehicle of any type. Try Bestway Auto Brokers for your next choice. I know I will. You wont regret it... Overall and All around this was the best, fastest, and less hassle of a truck buying experience Ive ever had. I see some young kids/ adults posted a bad review. Serious buyers should know to do their homework and take these kind of reviews with the slightest grain of salt imaginable. Again thank you everyone at Bestway Auto Brokers. Ill see you again in about a year when my daughter is ready for her first vehicle.

Absolutely do not do business with these people.. Bought a truck from them, had a shudder, their mechanic assured me that there was nothing wrong with the power train, said he would figure it out and let me know. Well after months of nothing i finally take it in to a mechanic, low and behold I need a transmission rebuild and a new torque converter! What is bestway autos stance "We do not fix vehicles after we sell them." So if youre like me and need a reliable vehicle, you definitely do not under any circumstances want to buy one from bestway Auto.. Learn from my mistake and save yourself the stress, go to a reputable dealership.. And even if you do not definitely find a different local dealer than bestway Auto..

This is a very good dealership to deal with. My F-150 they sold me was at a reasonable price to what the blue book value was (slightly under average) and the issues I pointed out before buying like the power steering pump and random noise in the dash on start up were repaired at no expense to me. They even gave me a truck from the lot to drive while mine was being repaired. They gave me a fair trade in value for my WRX. The only thing keeping it from that 5th star is some communication issues (didnt always receive a call back). Overall a great place and I would go back to get another vehicle from them if I needed to and I will recommend them to others.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS, i just purchased a Ram 1500 from them and i fell in love, not only with the vehicle but the customer care and professionalism. This was my first vehicle purchase and they walked me through every step and explained everything in detail. They try, i mean they truly put forth effort into finding you the best possible deal they can and actually want to help you get set up for success more than they care about making a sale. Absolutely would recommend to any and everyone!!!

I bought my first truck ever from here 3 years ago this thing was immaculate and very solid for an 07 F150. I just totalled it a week ago and came back here to get a new truck. They were helpful in every way possible price wise, knowledgeable about the vehicles theyou are selling, and overall just very good people. If you are looking for reliable used truck in the panhandle area this is where to go. Have never had a problem with these guys and I have been dealing with them for over 3 years.
