I bought a Ford F350 from this place, i arrive to their lot truck looks nice they have it running already looking it over there is coolant dripping from the water pump. Took it for a test drive the truck shifted a little hard. Told them the truck needed a water pump and the transmission looked at. They claim to have put a new water pump in it sold us a warranty and said the transmission shop said the transmission was fine that they had serviced it before we even looked at it. I guess I was an idiot bought the truck. I thought the issues had been taken car of. I take the truck home it needs new tires local tire shop finds a bent tie rod and upper and lower ball joint need to be replaced on the left side. New Tires I understand i new it needed new tires when i bought it $800, ball joints and tie rods $750 Also the overdrive OFF light is blinking which I hadnt noticed. The ford dealer looks at it luckily the transmission issues only cost me $500 in electrical repairs. So far none of this stuff is covered by the warranty they sold me with the truck. Now a little over a month after they sold it to me the water pump they said they replaced goes bad. Warranty covers it kid of still cost me $98 dollars of co-pay and the warranty only covers a labor rate up to $65/hr which is impossible to find. So then the kicker of this all is I take the truck to my local oil change shop and theyre checking it over like they normally do and find that the truck has NO AIR FILTER in it. Seriously I have owned the truck for 3000 miles go in for my routine service and no oil filter!!!!?!?!?! Who knows what damage has been done to my engine sucking dirt for the 3000 miles Ive owed it and who knows how many miles before that! I call Deals Unlimited they basically say tough its a used vehicle what did you expect its not something we normally check we didnt know. Told me if I didnt want any issues to buy new, trust me next time I will be! They obviously dont check the vehicles they sell over very well. Drive up to their lot youll see nice chrome door handles, grills, and other quick dress up accessories after looking at my truck a couple days its obvious it was recently cheaply repainted. I feel like they robbed me! Dont buy from these guys, they throw on some cheap accessories and paint and get your money and leave you hanging!!!! They have no sense of quality control or customer service beyond the sale. Please go somewhere else for your own sake!

My experience with Deals Unlimited was fantastic! As a single mom searching for a used minivan, I was dreading buying a used car after previous high pressure sales tactics with the used cars Id purchased in the past. When I went into Deals Unlimited, Bill Smith left me to look at their large selections of minivans and got all the keys for the ones that I wanted to test drive. He didnt stand over me or ride with me with a sales spiel. I chose the one that I possibly wanted, with the understanding that I would look at a few other places first. He quickly wrote down the exact costs for me and hoped I would be back later, no high pressure sales tactics, very honest and straightforward, in and out in an hour. The other places I went, they practically held me hostage for hours in an effort to get me to buy. I did some more research on the minivan I wanted in the meantime, and found that Deals had the best price in the Kalamazoo/ Portage area. More than that, I liked the way that I was treated, so I went back a few days later. The locks were not working in the car, and they fixed them for me within a couple of hours and later that day I was the proud owner of a new minivan. I wouldnt hesistate to recommend Deals Unlimited to friends and family. The customer service is stellar, the honesty and integrity is unmatched, the selection is large, and the prices are fair. I look forward to working with them on my next car purchase a few years down the road.

I bought a 1997 Honda Accord from this dealership about a year and a half ago. Im very pleased with my vehicle as well as the service. This vehicle had over 200,000 miles on it when we bought it and we have already put 20,000 miles on it since then. The car runs great; I’ve had no problems with it. My 16 year old drives this vehicle and it doesnt skip a beat. This has been a reliable vehicle for us. When we bought the car we had it inspected by our local mechanic and he informed us that the vehicle had been well maintained and recently serviced. My experience with the sales staff was excellent as they were courteous and honest straight shooters who didnt try to mislead or trick me into typical used car sales tactics. The dealership is a low pressure, non- confrontational environment where I didnt feel like I was bait in a pool of sharks. I felt the price of the vehicle was priced right for the condition and mileage on the car. I would definitely recommend and encourage you to visit this dealership as your experience there will be unlike the experience you get when you visit the big Franchise Dealerships

I would never buy another car there again. I bought a 2004 Chrysler Van there. Come to find out that they cleaned the top of the engine off real good because the headgasket is leaking oil and puddling on the engine. Then after 2 weeks the engine light came on. I had it tested and it was the knock sensor. I took it to a mechanic shop who showed me that it had been in a accident. In his personal opinion there was a lot of red flags with the car and I should get rid of it. I needed 2 new tires well to my surprise it was the wrong size tires for the car so i ended up buying 4 new tires. Also a new tire tire sensor because it looked like the rim was rammed into a curb. I also had to replace the brakes on the car which were down to basic metal. I wonder what kind of mechanics they have? Do they fix the problems of just cover them up. In my experience they cover them up. My neighbor went there and had a car inspected at a real mechanics shop. They found $3,000 dollars in problems needless to say he didnt buy it. Just drive by and dont bother with all the stress and hassle.

My experience at this dealership was EXCELLENT and Deals Unlimited now has a customer for life!! I purchased a 2004 Kia Sedona with 100K+ miles on it that was very clean and well maintenanced by the previous owner, it had a Carfax available and it was priced right at NADA Clean Retail value. Bill Smith was extremely helpful by keeping us within our price range and did not badger us into a car that we couldnt afford. Bill also provided a new battery for the Kia at no extra cost to us. The dealership, itself, was very clean and accomodating with clean restrooms, entertainment for my 4 yr old and a clean showroom. I would highly recommend this dealership to people I care about. I chose this dealership to purchase a vehicle from because Ive had friends who have purchased from this company and they were very pleased with the service and the vehicles they purchased. Bill is very personable and listened to our needs. My 4 old doesnt like strangers, but he LOVED Bill from the moment he met him :) Thanks for the great experience and awesome customer service!!!
