I purchased my vehicle a 2010 Dodge Nitro on the Friday before Memorial Day Friday night I tried to call John at Globe Auto that I purchased my vehicle through with no answer. I figured I would just wait until Tuesday being the fact that they would be closed on Monday to speak to John over some issues that I had with the vehicle I purchased the issues that I spoke of and brought to his attention before I bought the vehicle and he said that they do a full inspection before they put them on the lot. So after going in to sign some more papers that they forgot to have me sign and John not being there I asked that they have John give me a call over these issues and they said they would be sure he give me a call which I never received after multiple calls over a three-week period and no answer back I called them multiple times at least 50 back to back when John finally answered the phone he acted like he knew nothing of the issues I had. Ive explained to him what the issues were which was the brakes that I asked him about before I purchased the vehicle and the oil that was needing to be changed that he said did not need it. After speaking to John for quite some time and he hung the phone up on me and then blocked my number from his phone I called the office and ask to speak to Kenny sublin which is the owner John tells me hes not available but during our conversation he said the owner makes a very good point which was speaking in front of him I then said I believe our conversation is done I would like to speak to Kenny. John then replied that he is paid to take care of issues from Kenny that Kenny doesnt get paid to talk on the phone I have expressed to them multiple times all I want is my brakes fixed that he said had no problems when I bought it and the oil change which he said didnt need to be done. These guys do not handle themselves in a professional manner at all. After John hung up on me with Kenny stublen standing in front of him I called back immediately and Fritz one of their car salesman proceeded to tell me that Kenny had already left the building he went out of the building and jumped in his car and was gone. I must add this is the first time I have ever bought a vehicle off of a car lot and it was the worst experience ever I would not recommend one person that I hated to go to this car lot and buy a vehicle they are Crooks that will tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy a vehicle and then whenever you question the conversation that you had with that car salesman were just going to say "John" he says" I dont remember what our conversation was about but our paperwork that you bought it as is and if you had any other promises it should be in writing". So if there is any way for anybody to learn from my mistake do not and I say this again do not trust or buy a vehicle from Globe Auto Sales on Bardstown Road. It was explained to me that the warranty did not cover any of these things but before I bought this vehicle or signed any papers with you I asked if the oil has been changed recently and if the brakes were okay. You then reply to me that you all do a full inspection from front to back top to bottom and everything checked out great. I have been requesting to speak to Kenny the owner multiple times would you john refuse to let me speak to him.

They didnt give me paper work showing the value of the vehicle I traded in and it has been months and still havent gotten the title or registration and was not told when I traded I had traded for an out of state vehicle now I have to drive back up there for an inspection that I have to pay for....I wish I had read other reviews before I drove to their lot and traded....this car lot sucks! they are shady! I may have to end up taking them to small claims court..... The general manager replied to my review and dear Mr Manager the paper work given to us on the Tahoe DID NOT have any dollar amount of value...the Tahoe was on your lot so you should have it was from out of state and had to be inspected...it should never take any car lot more then 30 days to get a title and registration...the sales man was very rude today that is no way to do business...we got ripped off and should be refunded the difference which is 50000! But instead of trying to make it right you told my daughter she was crazy! No she is right! and she cant go trade it in on anything else cause other car lots will only give her trade in value of 7,000 which is what it appraises at not 12,0000 like we were told. We will take this to court and sue you for the 5,000 we were cheated out of....your car lot and employees are stupid and shady

Bought a 2009 dodge ram 1500. Paid cash. They promised to fix all rust spots, in writing. Also promised to undercoat all underneath of truck. They did a pitiful job all the way around. Once they get their money, they forget who you are or what they promise. John Howard is a prime example of why most people distrust car salesman. He lied to me and my mother, smiling the whole time. Obviously he does not know the basic idea of doing the "right" thing. Maybe I am just a dumb country girl, but I was raised to believe you do what you promise, not take the money and run. SHAME ON YOU!! And...what goes around, comes around. You guys got a boatoad of bad karma headed your way...

I did purchase a 2005 F-150 from them. However with my trade in, they jacked up the price of the vehicle by 1,000 saying it was required when trading in a vehicle. I didnt realize the gimmick until it was to late and paperwork was already signed. Also, I have had to replace BOTH front wheel bearing/hub assemblies on the truck which costed me around $250 before I even had to make my first payment. Im not dissing the dealership, just double check and be on your Ps and Qs if you look to purchasing something from them.

My experience with Globe Auto Sales was a NIGHTMARE. These gentleman should be barred from ever selling cars again. I had to take them to small claims court to settle. WHY - they changed the price of a car after we signed a bill of sales to purchase at a lower price. THEN GLobe had the audacity to not want to give me my down payment back. You be better off walking then riding in a globe auto sales vehicle.
