I always went to Toyota to get my car serviced and always had great customer service. I recently purchased a car there and I dont think I will ever again. 1. I had Toyota care included in my package and I wasnt aware until after everything was signed. I know this is my fault for not completely reviewing the retail contract before I signed, but the salesman should have at least talked to me about it before including it in my contract. 2. While I was getting financed, I kept getting credit alerts. I asked the guy how many inquires he was doing, is this going to affect my credit? He stayed with a smile "oh no just one". I check my credit and I have 4 inquires. This lowered my score 20 points. 3. They gave me only the spare key to a 2014 vehicle. I asked if I can at least get another. They told me it would be $108. Its frustrating having one key and only being able to open the driver door with that key. I just think the service I got couldve been better. Ill continue to go when necessary for the Toyota Care package that i am paying for, but to purchase another vehicle is out the question. I really dont feel I can trust them.

I purchased my first Toyota at Toyota of Muncie based solely on my experience with the staff. I have had countless negative experiences with dealerships in the past and anticipated that this would be no different. I must say I was very surprised and then relieved at their no pressure sales approach. Jeff Daniels and Devon McWhorter were very informative and let their product essentially speak for itself. Never at any point did I feel pressured to act on the deal. I was able to take my time, think it through, and make the informed decision that we all desire to make with such an investment. I have since purchased five more Toyotas at this dealership and every experience has been great. Very much like dealing with family. I appreciate these guys because with the stresses of the interaction removed, you can really focus on the product, and enjoy the experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Extremely honest and down to earth. Devin and I had spoke via email and actually made a deal prior to me arriving at the dealership. I literally wrecked my trade in on the way there and they stayed true to their word and deal. I cant even make this up, it actually happened. When it was time to trade in that vehicle I had purchased from that experience I went right back to Devin and he beat everyones prices in Indianapolis. Well worth the trip to Muncie. Very pleased and they are very accomadating to Military folks such as myself at the time. I will go right back to see Mr. Devin McWhorter when I am ready for a new vehicle and will always give them the first opportunity for my business. Devin and the whole Toyota of Muncie staff are truly a class act, a refreshing change from most car dealerships. Highly recommend !!!!

Had an alright experience shopping for a used car and Toyota of Muncie made it easy to do that. Honestly they were incredibly helpful and nice. But thats stops after you drive off in the car.. Day 3 Of driving the car and come to find out the Radio in it is jammed or broken in some way shape or form as I could not retrieve the CD I put into it prior. I called them and they said it was my fault? Then after that said the first 30 day warranty (which the car is returnable during) didnt cover cosmetic problems, But the CD player says "Mechanical Error" and they told me over the phone thats still a cosmetic issue. Ok?.. Doesnt make the slightest bit of sense. The ONLY reason Ill ever come back here is if my car develops a serious issue because theyre obligated to fix it under a 3 year extended warranty. But as for other things Walmart deserves my money.

Lauren and Mickey were great to work with. I had bought a Prius at a Honda dealer and they sold me a IV that turned out to be a III. They offered no option other than "to take your trade back and void the sale" which was a little disappointing as I liked the car. I made a quick trip down to Toyota of Muncie and Lauren and Mickey met all my expectations and offered me a better deal for a Prius they had. Funny thing was that their III turned out to be a II but Mickey fixed the problem buy offering a new set of tires and another discount of the car. Being that there wasnt much a difference between the II and III, I felt I got a fair deal without the usual hassling that you get at many dealerships. I am happy with my new (used) Prius and the experience overall. They were very cordial and made every effort to meet my needs. Thanks!

Purchasing my Highlander from Toyota of Muncie was an absolute pleasure. After spending the past month working with Indianapolis dealers, I made the trip to Muncie. It was the first time I walked into a dealership and wasnt hounded by a desperate salesperson. I had done my research on the vehicles I was interested in and knew bluebook values, what other dealers were willing to negotiate down to and knew what financing I should receive. I let them know where I could be with other dealers and I received an a great offer on a clean, low mileage Toyota Certified Highlander. While I was finalizing paper work, they cleaned up the vehicle which was being used by a salesperson. It came back pristine. Each person I dealt with at the dealership was wonderful. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Toyota of Muncie.

Absolutely will never do business with them again. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this auto group, the 2nd car 3 months ago from Toyota specifically. Sales staff was great but after taking the vehicle in for an oil change, it "mysteriously" started acting up, costing over $1000 in repairs. Their service department was un-empathetic to say the least. They of course were not liable for anything because there was no way I could prove they had damaged the car. But they were unwilling to cut me a deal, tow, or even give me a loaner vehicle. After one issue was fixed, literally a day later another issue arose. I took my car elsewhere for repair and lo and behold it was actually fixed.

Time and time again the Toyota of Muncie team delivers an extraordinary experience from start to finish. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have been very satisfied each and every time. This was true with the most recent purchase of a 2011 Toyota Venza. Jason and Geoff went above and beyond to help us find the right car for our family that fit in the budget. Another thing I will add is that the follow-up from the staff at this dealership is second to none. I am continually impressed with the attention to detail and service after the sale.
