From our dealer Michelle to our finance guy Kurt, not to mention the service guys who are all about making sure your vehicle stays in tip top shape, and all the other staff who even if they arent directly working with you, ask if they can get you anything or answer questions for you. I purchased my brand new 2016 Jeep Patriot, The Riot (as I like to call it), at McCrocklin Ford from Michelle. She was great! ...And what a refreshing experience! No hassle. No pressure. None! The people at McCrocklin really took the time to answer my questions and to find me the best deal, which is really what I was looking for! This was by far the best experience Ive ever had shopping for a car, which is usually a big pain in the you know what. AutoFarm McCrocklin Ford had the best deal around on a new Ford superduty. We purchased a truck from them and had a great experience. Very easy to deal with and great customer service. We have done business with many other Ford dealers in the past, and none of them have made the transaction as easy as AutoFarm. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle make sure to at least give them a chance. If your experience was like ours you will not regret it.

Noone Special
Ever since McCrocklin hasnt been there, the place has gone downhill. We took our truck in, and what should have been a few day fix, took a week. They wouldnt let us know what was going on, and when they finally did fix it, they waited until the last minute to tell us. I ended up losing a day of work because of it. It used to be a great place, now its awful. Go to Anderson or Muncie; the small town hospitality and service are gone.

i was so impressed by the way these guys came through! i went in knowing what i wanted, and jess searched until he found it! We wheeled and dealed with jess and kurt and walked away with the car of my dreams. Their patience and willingness to work with us was finominal! i have bought my past 2 vehicles from them, and will be back when im ready to make a new purchase! i highly recommend autofarm to anyone looking for a new ride!
