Never again will I buy furniture from Ashley furniture. I purchased a complete bedroom and living room set in July. The furniture was delivered in August. Firstly the people who assembled the furniture was very sloppy and left a trail of a mess behind them. Within only a few months of owning the furniture I began to have issues with the living room table. The nailed down end pieces began to spin out and would not go back in. The top would consistently come off track and would never fully close. The third strivk was when out of the blue a five by 3 inch piece of the lamenent on my foot board peeled up and ripped off. This was at no fault of my own of previous damage. Finally I sent out pictures and emails to Ashley furniture to submit a claim. It took 3 emails before I ever got a call back. The customer service operator badgered me with questions and insisted that I admit to damaging the furniture on my own so as to not have to send anyone out. Finally I received calls from someone about coming out to look at the furniture. Not only do they forget what day and time to come out twice but when they got to my house to look at the furniture they commented on how irreplaceable the damage was and apologized for how bad it looked. At the end of it all Ashley Furniture refused to replace the damaged furniture in which we had insurance on and told us we would have to buy the pieces again.

I normally would not write a review but this experience with this company has been the worse. I just relocated from NYC to FL. Went to the store and purchase over $4000.00 worth of furniture. We were told that our furniture would be delivered on Saturday, however the company did not. They scratch the headboard of my bed and they did not deliver the dinning table. I rescheduled with the manager for the following Saturday, however the dinning table was not delivered. I had to ask for a refund. No one call to let me know if my orders were on back order. I had to call several time to inquire. I think this company lacks communication and customer service skills. I would not recommend this company and I will never purchase anything from this company or co-companies that they own. Sincerely, A customer that knows her money worth and time.

Really appreciated the no pressure no hassle sales there. One of the biggest things I hate about furniture shopping is the sales person harassing and following you around. My salesperson was quite friendly but respected my desire to look around on my own. But the second I had questions or needed more information she was there and available. The selection offering was varied and wide and the quality of the products seemed great. (The reason I was shopping for a new couch was because of poor quality of my last one, which was only 3 years old and totally busted in places.) Not only did I find my replacement couch, but I now also have an eye on my next set for my other room. Buying process was easy and simple and didnt take hours. Items were in stock and delivered the same week. Would recommend this location to anyone.

Absolutely annoyed! My husband and I purchased a sectional from this store a few weeks ago and we told that the sectional was in stock by the salesman, Marc. A day before the scheduled delivery my husband receives a call from customer service advising him that the sectional had been on back order since JUNE! Really! The rep said that the salesman should have known that since he had access to the same system she was had. So did Marc, our salesman, just want to make a sale and get his commission by lying to us? Well, my husband called him and all he told us was he couldnt do anything for us. Great customer service! The worse part is that we got rid of our old sectional thinking we were going to get our new one on time as "promised". I truly hope that we get the new one on the new date in perfect condition.

As a first time customer of Ashley Furniture, I am beyond pleased with my purchase and experience. From the moment my husband and I entered the store, we were greeted by a pleasant sales associate (Serena), who was knowledgeable of the furniture selections, specifically in the bedroom department. She assisted us in finding the perfect King sized bedroom set in minimal time. Her recommendations assisted us in making a selection that we are fully satisfied with. She also made us feel at ease, even when or children wanted to “test out” the beds in the kids department. I am also impressed with the quality of the furniture and the courteous and fast delivery service. We will always shop at Ashely for ALL of our furniture needs!

My wife and I were shopping for an power operated recliner for her to use for post surgery recovery. We stopped at the Sawgrass Mills Ashley furniture store a bit before closing time one evening. We were welcomed upon entering without the the feeling of desperation and pressure emanating from sales personnel that you feel so many times. Our sales person, Brian, gave us some space and let us get our bearings and figure out what questions we wanted to ask. He then helped us find what we wanted. We found a recliner that meets our needs and was pretty reasonable in price when compared to some other products we saw earlier. I would say our experience shopping at Ashley was over all a positive one. We appreciate it.

Purchased several times from this location and its always good. After being disappointed with another furniture store across the street - 6 weeks for delivery with them.... we headed over to Ashley. Ended up finding a similar item that was much less expensive but same quality. They delivered SAME DAY. Seriously. A few hours after buying, and our furniture shows up at the door. We have since purchased quite a bit from Ashley. Not that we are terribly loyal, but after visiting other stores, we seem to find what we want at Ashley and the delivery is always so fast. No complaints, and highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the entire shopping experience I received in my search of a dining room table. The sales representative, Enrique, pleasantly greeted me as soon as I walked in and assisted me throughout the entire process. The purchasing, delivery, set up, and communication process was very efficient and effective. I am extremely pleased with the service and quality product I obtained from Ashley Furniture. I was additionally impressed when a follow up call from Enrique was placed after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. I would definitely shop at Ashleys again!

I was very pleased with the customer service that was provided upon my visit to purchase a mattress. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the door and was very impressed with the display of mattresses. My family was moving and I wanted it delivered on the day of my move and the salesman assured me that this would happen. My mattress was delivered when it was promised and set up quickly! Will definitely shop here again! Actually went back a few weeks later and purchased some tables. Great furniture and the best prices! Great sales people!
