I found Miami Home Furniture online. I liked what I saw and decided to go to their showroom. True, it is rather on the small side but at least they have one and at least you can talk to someone face to face. I was lucky that they did have the sectional I was looking for there so I was able to touch and feel before buying. Leslye was very courteous, professional, and guided us through the website to ensure we were choosing the right piece. Ive read other reviews here which claim the furniture is cheap looking and that it can be found in Amazon cheaper. First, you get what you pay for. I knew going in that what I was buying was not Ethan Allen quality furniture to be passed on from generation to generation. But I was also NOT paying Ethan Allen pricing. Yes you can find my exact sectional at Amazon for a few dollars cheaper BUT, the UPS guy which would of delivered it wasnt going to put it together. So, I chose to purchase from Miami Home Furniture a sectional that looks amazing, very comfortable and serves the purpose I need. The folks are extremely accommodating. Theyre customer service is amazing and theyre delivery guys showed up when promised and worked extremely efficiently and neat. Removing all debris when done. I would without any hesitation recommend Miami Home Furniture.

A couple days after ordering and paying I got a call stating that the sectional I choose was not available for 3 weeks, however they had an alternative version which I liked way more available. Leslye was very courteous, professional, and guided us through the website to ensure we were choosing the right piece. Miami Home Furniture gave me a sectional that looks amazing, very comfortable and serves the purpose I need. Theyre customer service is amazing and theyre delivery guys showed up when promised and worked extremely efficiently and neat. Removing all debris when done. I would without any hesitation recommend Miami Home Furniture. They are more expensive then other online stores but cheaper then most furniture stores in the area.

I have to say that Miami furniture treated us with the utmost best in customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Granted, I had my doubts about buying furniture online before checking it out, but the their nearly unbeatable prices really hooked me in. I had originally thought "this must be too good to be true." When I called the customer service, I was answered politely and all of my questions were answered. In fact, to go the extra mile, the Miami furniture team went ahead and delivered a bed for my new apartment before my payment was cleared simply because it was an emergency and I needed furniture ASAP. Even better is that they delivered the furniture same day -- and the rest that was not in stock was delivered promptly once it was in stock. The setup people were professional (FREE installation and delivery -- WOW), the customer service was on point, and you can tell these guys really care about their customer. A+ 5 Stars. Highly recommend!

I was planning to move and decided to change my furniture, started shopping around until I found Miami Furniture. I went to the store and found Leslye, not only she was professional and with total knowledge but also she made me feel at home. In less than 10 minutes I was out the door with all the furniture for a two bedroom apartment at ha;f the price I have budget myself. I called her 4 times to change my delivery date and she was always helpful and never hesitated to change my orders. Marisol also is very efficient and courteous. The delivery was on time, all the pieces came undamaged and the delivery guys were pleasant and fast. I wish other companies can copy the level of customer service this company have. I was reluctant to buy furniture online, but if i have to do it again, i will do it with Miami Furniture. HATS OFF, I will recommend it to anyone.

Just got free installation and delivery from Miami Home Furniture yesterday. The service was pretty quick and the customer service is efficient enough. I went online to find this furniture store and it was easy to find. The reception lady was very polite to me and really patient to show me the sample pictures on their website. I am very satisfied and glad to find this place since I was new to Miami area. You can get the bed set and everything from Miami Home Furniture. If you would like other preference for the duvet and bed sheets, you can just get set up from IKEA. It is just located a couple blocks away. Simple and fast. It is strongly recommended to pick up this furniture store and it has been a great experience for me.

1) They lie about their showroom, so do NOT even waste your time driving there, since its nothing there 2) Sale process is no well organized, returns, refunds and exchanges may take some time to process. 3) To make a decision where you like the item or not, you have a very short time, when delivery guys actually came and installed. If you found something and made a decision to return it even a minute after those guys left, Its gonna be restocking fee 30% + delivery fee. Overall, if you dont want to "buy black cat in the black bag" (be surprised with something completely unexpected and different from the picture), you better go to some store or warehouse where you can really touch what you are buying

If youre looking for something affordable and with great quality in the Miami then Miami Furniture is your place. Although, their showroom is small the attention and service provided by their staff is well worth the purchase. I visit their location to gather more information and they were very patient in helping me choose the perfect sofa for my studio apartment. I first started my search online so when I visited their location I had ideas and questions on exactly what I wanted. Lesley, one of their staff member was more than helpful and I would certainly recommend anyone who is searching for affordable furniture to ask for her. Very much satisfied with the purchase and also with the courteous and friendly ways that the sales associate Yelise displayed during our visit to the show room. the other two ladies there were also very cordial and greeted us with lovely smiles. At no time, we felt any pressure, and our buying experience was very relaxed. The delivery of the item we bought was on time and the same day they promised, and the driver Ariel and his associate went our of their way to make sure the contents of the boxes were correct and complete. I will definitely visit the store in the near future to purchase more items. Overall a very satisfying experience !!

I had never ordered from Miami Home Furniture before, but I am happy I did. I was very impressed with the service provided. Yelise is the epitome of excellent customer service. She replied promptly to my emails, listened to my concerns in regards the time-frame for my purchase, ensuring that it was delivered on time to the freight forwarder, and she alerted me of when another item I was interested in was back in stock. Also, my furniture looks bigger and more lavish than the photograph. Suffice it to say, I am one happy shopper! I will definitely purchase from Miami Home Furniture again!
