Mi nombre es Lilia, por primera vez visite la tienda El Dorado Furniture de la localidad de Cutler Bay, me acompañaba mi sobrina Lorena, quería comentarles la maravillosa experiencia que tuvimos al ser atendidos por Renato , el nos dio una amistosa bienvenida y luego cuando ya nos íbamos sin comprar nada, nos ayudó de una manera espectacular, nos mostró diferentes opciones y se notaba su experiencia en el diseño pues solo con su imaginación logró convencernos de el color que realmente llevaba nuestra decoración al final mi sobrina de solo 11 años me dijo Tia que suerte tuvimos de que ese señor nos atendiera pk en otros lugares no te atienden así, al final no compramos cantidades pero lo interesante fue que Renato nos atendió de la misma manera aún sabiendo que no íbamos a Ser grandes compradoras , realmente estoy muy satisfecha y es también primera vez que me tomo el tiempo en hacer un review pk sentí la necesidad de mostrarle a otras personas el increíble servicio que Renato les puede brindan y exoptarlos a que visiten esa localidad y puedan solicitar sus servicios para que sientan lo agradable que sentí yo al ser tan Excelentemente atendida, Gracias Renato por tu Ayuda, Éxitos

Que gran experiencia visitar El Dorado Furniture- Cutler Bay. Fue tan solo hace dos semanas que decidí adentrarme en el fastuoso mundo de las galerías El Dorado, esta vez en Cutler Bay Boulevard, que abrio sus puertas al publico recientemente. La tienda, como era de esperarse, se muestra imponente ante los ojos de los espectadores con una rica selección de muebles de primera calidad ,en diversos estilos y estratégicamente dispuestos de forma tal que hacen de tu visita una experiencia única. Pero verdaderamente lo mas importante ,fue la excelente atención recibida por el vendedor Jose Angel Argudin. Profesionalismo y carisma por excelencia, acompañados estos por un conocimiento vasto de cada estilo, cada mueble y diseño en su totalidad. Con un trato afable, profesionalmente impecable y una eterna sonrisa , Jose Angel , te muestra cada espacio y asienta a cada inquietud del cliente con la mejor de las actitudes y sobre todo, con la intención de hacer de tu visita una experiencia inolvidable. Realmente para mi El Dorado no seria lo mismo si no fuese por la excelente atención de Jose Angel Argudin.

I consider El Dorado furniture, as one of the best or the best furniture store in South Florida. They have a wide selection of furniture, the furniture sold at any Dorado Store have a excellent quality, the Dorado stores are comfortable, the personnel that work in these stores is very professional, all of them provides an excellent customer service. However, there are small things, small details that make the difference. Here is my story. Two weeks ago I decided to visit The Dorado at Cutler Bay, the reason of my visit: one of the recliners of my sectional is out of order. As soon as I arrived, I was received by Mayra LaMont, she reviewed all the paperworks associated with the sectional purchase. As a result, the sectional warranty is expired, the model is not longer manufactured, in other words, there was nothing to do at Dorado. However, Mayra asked for my name, phone number and address as well as she requested me for images of the affected piece. Three days later I was receiving updates from Mayra that she had contacted the supplier, and that she had their commitment of supply an spare without cost. Last Thursday, I was called by her (Mayra) to pick it up. On Saturday, I installed the new piece and my recliner is working as new. This type of small thing is what make the difference, this type of aptitude, commitment, love and respect for what we do is what make the difference. This is the first review of my entire life, I dont use to make this type of things even though, I am a professional in the quality field. Mayra LaMont is an excellent employee, Mayra LaMont deserve to be recognized, Mayra LaMont is keeping Dorado customers happy and making them loyal to El Dorado. I have shared this experience in my family and friends circle as well as in my work. One more time, thanks Mayra.

My husband and I Visited the new ElDorado Store in Cutler Bay yesterday. Im a frequent furniture shopper, been to all the stores in Miami and have bought a lot of things in the past years from ElDorado. From the moment I walked into the store a young lady named Yanicel Diaz greeted us with an amazing smile and sincere desire to help us. I was really only interested in looking at carpets, she was very professional and gave me my space to shop. As I expressed what I was looking for she asked if I had any pictures of the room, of course I did and showed them to her. Immediately she took me to the perfect picks. She noticed that I was having a hard time desiding, and she asked if I was interested in speaking to the store decoratetor. I was shocked, I had never been offered that service before at El Dorado, so I agreed. Then we met Mr. Hector Chirole, not only did he find me the perfect carpet but we ended up purchasing a new dinning room set and some living room pieces. Hector spent over two hours with us and was able to Not sell me furniture but help me create decorate my new home the way I have always wanted to. Our experience with Yanicel and Hector was amazing they even came to our house the next day to be sure that what we purchased not only was going to fit but to make sure what we purchased was going to be perfect in our home. I also met the store Manager, Miguel Valle, I mainly wanted to complete his employees but to also let him know that the store was very nice decorated and it was a pleasure doing business with his staff. Including the Customer Service Ladies that assisted us. I know this was a bit long, but I really feel they deserve a big " Shout Out" I truly recommend this Store and take advantage of the Cart Blanch Service We received. Best of luck to all of you!

Wow! What a delightful experience! The store is beautiful; the furniture is gorgeous, and the level of customer service provided is superior! My sales associate, Luis Linares, spent an entire day with me to choose appropriate furniture and accessories for my new condo, and the entire process from start to finish, including delivery and set up, was smooth, personal, and professional. The quality of the furniture is superior, the look is fitting for my new condo, and the pieces selected integrate beautifully to create a magazine style home! Luis is friendly, personable, and helpful; he calls, texts, and makes himself available always to accommodate my needs and answer questions. I brought with me the dimensions/layout diagram of the rooms in my condo and he helped me to select furniture that works perfectly according to the look I wanted to achieve, and he worked tirelessly to make sure everything was right and that my needs were completely met with regards to selecting the pieces I wanted. He also enlisted the expertise from Rosi - their interior decorator - to provide suggestions/advice so that optimal choices were made based on space and room dimensions. Follow up from the store each time furniture was delivered was prompt to ensure that everything was OK. I was even invited AFTER my furniture was delivered to attend the stores Grand Opening event. Yerasmi - my account manager - worked to schedule delivery of my furniture efficiently and also to work with the restrictions imposed by my building. I am so pleased and satisfied with the entire experience - which can easily be a nightmare. 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, living area, and office area are all tastefully furnished now - much thanks to Luis, Rosi, Yerasmi, and El Dorado furniture in Cutler Bay!
