I called to ask if they still offer the Turkey dinner this year which Ive ordered couple years ago and when the lady on the phone from the deli department told me that it was the same as last year and same price but no pie would be included this time so I was like You think that price would be less since theres one item less in the package she then said let me put you on hold and go ask, next thing you know this RUDE guy comes on the phone and starts telling me weve been in the company for what what owned by blah blah and have own I dont know how many stores and kept going on and on and on with his bs stories...Im like excuse me sir I think you picked up the wrong line because one I am not trying to buy the store and two Im not trying to learn the history of your store coz I can easily google that I see you did your homework which is good for you and congratulations but all I am trying to do is order a turkey dinner and all you had to do is tell me that you didnt include the pie this year SIMPLE AS THAT if I can buy a $49.99 turkey dinner I dont think a $4 pie would hurt me much because now you just wasted not only my time but yours too and you are very unprofessional.. So Mr Rolls next time a customer calls and asks a simple question please stay on the subject and answer to the question asked and be more professional you will be surprised how quick the phone call will end and save not only the customers time but yours too. On the other hand the lady in the Deli was very professional and apologetic so at lest someone knows how to treat customers right and be professional.

I usually go to Tom Thumb for most of my grocery needs. Last week I needed to purchase a cake for Pessaq for a friend as it was the time of the year for that Jewish celebration. I knew I had seen those at the store and had purchased them in the past. When I went there, I couldnt find the cake. So I inquired at the cash register and they didnt know about it. They paged the grocery manager and he came to help. While at the beginning he thought they were out of those cakes, he took the time to go and check and came back to let me know he found them. He escorted us (my 2 year old and myself) to get the cake. He was very sweet and entertaining to my son and pushed him in the car cart around the store on our journey to get the cake. I felt very valued and taken care of as a customer! Thanks Steve and everyone at Tom Thumb. You all are always very caring to your customers!

This location consistently sells rotten produce and expired products. I went to buy a bag of lemons, they were all rotten and covered in green mold, I told someone at the store then came back 2 days later and the rotten lemons were still there. Attempted to buy brie and every container expired 1 to 2 months prior. Bought a bag of Yukon potatoes, opened up on my counter at home and bugs came flooding out of the bag, we had to call our exterminator afterwards. Cannot recommend this store. The pictures were taken today, August 6, 2017 by my husband at this location.

I want to report a bait n switch for Rib eye steak sale price in flyer and sign in meat freezer was 5.77/lb. However price on pacakge was 6.77/lb.. Asst mgr tried to tell me value THIN cuts are always more than thick cut. Where does it say it in flyer or signage. Explanation was that thin is always more and that is what corporate says.. FAlSE ADVERTING N misleading customers as NO WHERE DOES signage or flyer say thin cut are more. Beware all rib eye thin and thick cuts val6e packs in meat freezer were marked 6.77/lb.

The last at the self-checkout was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond. I usually avoid the self-checkout lines because they usually take longer than the regular lines due to various problems, but this time the problem was easily resolved because this employee was on top of things. Great job! Thank you! ☺

The employee Jan Brown is a piece of trash.She doesnt have any manners to talk and is very rude.Worst customer service ever.Tom thumb tries to be like Target and Walmart but forgets that Tom Thumb is just a little chain.Stupid company with stupid people working for it. Produce and some products with expiration dates can be questionable, but knowing to check packaging and rates before purchase makes the experience better. These are issues typical of any grocery store. Staff seems friendly enough, and baggers will have the same problems anywhere.

Very friendly employees, but maybe one of the poorest product layouts Ive seen in a grocery store. There are a lot of items located in a separate part of the store from similar items. I spend a lot of time searching and often have to leave with out 1 or 2 things on my list.

Ive had a great cashier but employees are pretty complacent and my experience with management was the same. Also bought some grapes that looked great but tasted like they came straight out of a lab--not trusting the produce now. Wish there was an HEB around.

I placed an order for a full sheet cake Golf themed and needed it within 48 hours. Not only was the cake ready on time, it was decorated so nicely and tasted great. The cake was moist and the icing wasnt overly sweet. Thank you so much Tom Thumb Bakery!

Horrible customer service... as a new customer getting a tom thumb reward card, there was no courtesy at all, put me in front of the tablet and walked away with full shopping carts all around it, and when asked for assistance got the "sigh". Very rude!

Always clean and with friendly staff. One night I was an hour past closing for the seafood and a staffer was kind enough to get some king crab legs for me to make a birthday breakfast the next morning for my wife. Thats a sign of a good store.

Was EXACTLY LIKE Dominicks. The description was "Ingredients for Life" the Dominicks near where i live was closed and this is close to the place where ill be moving to. 5 stars!
