HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have been ordering sandwiches at Sprouts since I lived in California over a decade and a half ago. I ordered the same thing that I order every single time... A turkey sandwich on sourdough with mayonnaise on both sides. I received a turkey sandwich with the lump of turkey smack in the middle and it was a major disappointment because the sandwich was smashed together and not at all like I had ordered it. I did not call and complain but the next time that I came in I requested that the meat please be spread out over the sandwich and not in a giant lump in the middle. The employee was incredibly rude and said that well I should just have ordered it the way that I wanted it in the first place. I said I didnt know that the sandwich would have a huge lump in the middle of it because it had never happened before when I received my sandwich it tasted like if somebody had to run it through a water fountain. The bridge was soaked the meat tasted like nothing and it was a huge disappointment I was shocked. I cannot believe that a place that I have loved for this many years would let me down so incredibly.

They sold me bad meats that smells so bad. Went back to get my refund like a day later after talking on them on the phone that very same night that ive bought it. The manager on duty acted like Im lying and trying to cheated but gave me my refund. When i called them, they said its ok not to bring the nasty meats back, which it make more sense. Anyway. I did not get any "sorry" or "thank you" but the rudeness attitude. I have to drove to a different store around 11pm that night to buy another meats cause of this. Ive been shopping at sprout for years now for most of my grocery. I normally go to the one in southlake. Will not give this location a chance to screw me over again.

Sprouts always has a good mix of the "regular" groceries I need and the "healthy". In the summer their produce is phenomenal, as well as the prices! The only reason I cant give this location a 5 star rating is that the manager is too intolerant of kids in the store. I have been asked sternly to keep my kids with me twice while shopping here, when they werent causing any problems. Believe me, Id much rather do my shopping solo, but sometimes a moms got no choice but to shop with her kids, and managers could be kinder about normal kid behaviors.

My wife and I were there Sept. 28 to find some fresh produce. We are new to the area and decided to shop at sprouts. The very first thing we saw were moldy grapes. We had to hunt for anything fresh. (by the way we spent over $100.00 on fruit and vegetables) When we got home the container of kiwi we just bought was completely rotted, along with tomatoes and apples and grapefruits!!! We were not able to open the containers before we bought it. Dont go here!!! This place should be called ROTTS, NOT SPROUTS!!! 1ST AND LAST TIME WE SHOP THERE!!!!

I used to enjoy shopping at Sprouts until I purchased spoiled meat there on two different occasions. One was chicken sausage and another time it was baby back ribs. The ribs were folded over in the packaging and a piece of spoiled meat was deliberately hidden underneath the folded meat. Since those experiences, I still occasionally shop there for produce and healthy products, but never meat. Ive also noticed that their chicken breasts are sometimes about the size of turkey breasts. Their produce selection and prices are very good.

I love this Sprouts!! I come every week and its a small store so you kind of get to recognize all the employees and they are always so friendly and very helpful! I mainly go for the produce because its always fresh and cheap! The meat is a little pricey for me but worth it. The deli counter pretty much knows what I order there. Love it!

Im sorry to say that 1 of the employees there needs some more customer service training. Sadly disappointed, and when he came around and asked me how he could help, it seemed as all his answers to my questions were negative and to get me out of the store, well it worked! I wont be back....

I go here ALL the time. It is the only place to buy the freshest fruit and vegetables in my area. The butcher counter staff are very helpful. And those bins...cant leave without chocolate or nuts! Remember, double ads on Wednesdays make it a busy day!

We used to love this store. Now every time we go in the employees look at us funny and barely speak to us. Not sure what happened to their customer service, but now its a drag to shop here. Whole foods is right down the road!
