Very distracted staff. Seems not to be customer-focused. No real sense of style or interest in helping to find a frame that looks good on a persons face. You pretty much have to look around for yourself and then wait for assistance w/purchase/fittings. I was told my grandsons glasses would be ready at 7PM that evening, that they would call me when they were. I returned the next day to get them and the surprised salesman asked why I didnt pick them up the same night. I informed him I was not called to pick them up. He said I should have come anyway. When I came to pick up mine, I requested the thinnest/lightweight lenses available (very expensive) what I received was a thick lense that I could get anywhere and for a much lesser price.

Called the doctor office to get my prescription for glasses, was told she would fax it to me. Call back one hour later [ Im at work ] doctor office is closed. Girl says Ill go check it for you puts me on hold for 10 mins and then she picks up phone and hangs it up. I call back literally 10 freaking times!! Puts me on hold, picks up phone then hangs it up. Then someone finally answers and says we dont have it doctors is closed call back tomorrow sorry. I will not spend another dime with yall. Customer service sucks!!!

I got my daughters glasses here. We used the doc that is located inside this LensCrafters and she was great. A very nice young lady assisted us in selecting the frames. She was not pushy and let us take our time, but also let us know she was there if we had any questions. My daughter tried on at least 100 different frames before making her decision. We came back in about 2 hours and they were ready! A young man helped with adjusting them to her liking. In my opinion we couldnt have ask for better service.

Put down $200 in cash for frames up front and a week later we came in and they had ordered the wrong pair. Waited over an hour for the supervisor to get off of her break and find out they would not give us a cash refund and that they had to mail us a chec and that they had to mail us a check that can that could take up to 6 weeks for us to receive. Absolutely the worst. We will never shop here again.

Never Again!!!!!!!!! Dont know when orders come in Dont call you at All and when you call them they Dont know!!!!! Been Two weeks still No contacts and they Dont know when they coming in!!!! Ugh
