My co-payment when I got the glasses amounted to $215.20. They said thats after what my insurance covers. After 11 mos., I received an invoice from the Vision Center telling me I owe more. I called Walmart and asked them what is going on. They said I have to ignore it because they will take care of it. After two months, I received the same amount of invoice telling me I owe $66.95 more. When I called them again, they said they do not really take care of the billing and that I have to call the Vision Center. This is the worst experience I ever had in getting prescription glasses. I feel like I was lied to the very first time so they can get the sale. I hope that they will be honest t o tell the customer whether the insurance would cover any of the frames or glasses or not. Never will I deal with this Walmart Vision Center again in the future. Worst experience ever.

I was in a jam with my eye glasses and went bt walmart vision center, the arm on mine had broke off..The couldnt fix my arm but put my lens and a pair of their older frames and told me I had to pay NOTHING....I kept on hugging the short haired blond lady..I dont remember her name...But her and her amazing staff are MY angles...Thank u so much again...F.Y.I I will be using them next time I need glasses....God-bless

Horrible experience! My husband had first appointment at 9 00 in the morning. ..waited 20 min to be called. ..here comes a lady with a child, goes inside right away. ..keep in mind nobody let him know what is going on. ..he waited on other 25 min..still nobody said anything and finally he had enough. .cancel the appoitment and left. ...if thats how they run the business we dont want it. ..

Im not sure about the low ratings but my experience was wonderful. The only hard part was picking out the glasses I wanted in my budget but the young lady that was working helped me narrow down to the right now. I loved them!!!!! Plus they are cheap if you got your prescription on hand

Wonderful experience to have both my contact lens and glasses there today. Very friendly stuff, they even help me out to choose glasses. Definitely will go there next time.

They mislead me on the lead time for glasses just to get the business. Ill never use them again and would suggest you dont get tricked either!
