Dont ever use it! Walmart is more reliable! I got my first pair of glasses in two weeks, but the prescription is not correct, frame fell apart in 3 days. I was told, i will be able to get a new pair of glasses with new prescription. However, this pair NEVER CAME. I called every week, they told me "few more days". SIX WEEKS later, I am still WAITING! And my contacts ran out. I asked for temporary fix (a pair of contact) while WAITING for the glasses. Store manager asked me to get a contact fitting, which cost $60, they will split the cost 30$ with me, and promised the glasses will be arrived on Saturday. I checked, still no. Then promised will be arrived on Tuesday. I went to the store, still not there! After Seven Weeks, anyone still believe in "its coming?" I NEED MY GLASSES! I asked for full refund, and get my glasses somewhere else. On Thursday, they called and said the glasses is arrived, with my "OLD FRAME". After 7 weeks of waiting. They dare to give me the wrong pair of glasses . I asked for full refund. They asked me to pay FULL 60$ for the contact fitting instead of 30$ they promised. After more then SEVEN weeks of waiting. I got nothing. I trusted in your business, but after SEVEN weeks of waiting, you have the wrong pair of glasses for me. You wasted my time and effort. I would NOT recommend it to anyone. Unless you wanted to wait forever for a wrong pair of glasses. This is my first time writing a review. I hope I will get my refund like they promised. I will be checking.

I went to my appt thursday at 4 and didnt get in until 530! I ordered two pairs of glasses. One came in and I was told over the phone I could pay half of the remaining balance. That would have been $25 and I brought $30. After getting off work early and driving to the other side of town, I was informed that I can not do that. I was late picking my kids up from school. I was told my glasses would be in tomorrow (wednesday), well as I looked at their office hours tonight I saw they are closed tomorrow! So to say the least I am furious. I am having constant headaches needing my new glasses. And they have lied to me twice.

My experience with the doctor and staff was beyond my expectations. The doctor was very thorough with my exam and answered all questions I asked without hesitation. The staff were also very friendly and I definitely felt welcomed and anxiety free. Will definitely choose then again next time. Great selection of eyeware! I cant comment on how fast the glasses come in because I havent received mine yet, but will update my review when I do.

Always friendly! But, was disappointed to find out Dr. Tavel is not a real person there. Did not know it was a franchise until I mentioned Dr. Tavel being "so friendly today" to my husband. Whoops! However, wonderful doctors work there!

Not happy with service today. Had an 4:30 appointment today and come 5:45 still hadnt even been called back yet. Had to reschedule because I had to leave to get my daughter.
