Will now that walmart is gone to the new florin towne center on the other side of the freeway and all stores in southgate plaza is closing one by one and is like a ghost shopping center it will be great if they make the aera of southgate to a new shopping mall it will bring lots of people there like the store of Macys a new Nordstorm, a new department store Balearicblue and with a first Frys Electronics department store in the mall and with a 5 floor parking garage on back and 155 small shops like, Anchor Blue, Calvin Klein, Jockey, Puma, Sean John, Benetton, Bloomingdales, Hugo Boss, Dockers,Origins, Jos. A. I absolutely love the Southgate Plaza . Its just a bunch of good places to go all in one area. The nail shop that I frequent over there is AJ Nails Spa and the only person that I let do my nails is Lynn she is absolutely amazing! I love the food choices that you have when youre over there. Panda Wok is great. You have Dominos Pizza, you also have Taco Bell, McDonalds, Carls jr., Jack in the Box, and you also have and IHOP not too far and the Stagecoach restaurant has some pretty good food. I love to go inside of the Walmart Neighborhood Market as well as the 99 cent store, but what I love most is that you can go from there and then go into Ross, Lane Bryant, Skechers, Payless, Sallys and theres a Metro PCS over there as well. There is Banks two different ones to be exact. I just think its an overall everywhere you can think of that you want to be is in this area it covers all your needs all in one spot thats what I love about it

If you do the like Southgate Plaza, then either do I. But whenever Im able to, I go back around and check in with Mamma P, grab a milkshake, and keep pushing. I remember back to Southgate when G Parkway was G Parkway, and we learned to run the 60yd dash in 3.5 seconds, because if we got caught, all bad. So we would rely on Southgate Plaza for cover, we found out fast that people can still spot you in the dark when you keep wearing that bright a*# Hewey Lewis and The News T shirt!

Do not go to Walmart on Florin neighborhood Walmart you go over there if you want alcohol or beer do not sell it at 10 at night is cut off you did not know how far you drove and you just dont get good service there nothing but kids are working there be manager the service is horrible its supposed to be a neighborhood supermarket I should just get together and shut it down its everything but neighborly

Nothing too great. A nail shop. A 99cents store. Some miscellaneous shops. A crappy McDonalds that has bathrooms that consistently have a smell of sewage. A Wal Mart Grocery store with dirty restrooms. An asian grocery store. A beauty school. A Baskin Robbins ice cream shop. Best places in this plaza is the Panda Wok for mediocre chinese food and Thai Issan for good thai food!

This plaza has many different shops. From Payless Shoe Source, Neighborhood Wal-Mart, 99cent Store, Oriental grocery store, UPS store, and many others. It also has a McDonalds Play place, Taco Bell, and a few nice oriental restraunts, and best of all it has a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream shop. Its not the nicest of plazas but it definitley has most things you couls need.

It has Penny Shops in its location it has Baskin-Robbins, Golden 1 Credit Union, Merchants Bank, Panda Wok, Chase Bank, tapestry store, Asian market, 99 Cent Store, Walmart Market Place, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Skechers tennis shoes tennis shoes, The Avenue and many more stores like boutiques and shops to choose from any and everyone will be happy even the children.

You to allow truck parking I didnt even have a trailor pull in was shopping for groceries and then to McDonalds they were going to tow way the cab .They get all their stuff from truck drivers there less than 30 minutes fell like throwing my groceries at them wasnt trying to sleep I was waiting on my trailor to be empty at Conway.

Used to be nice, but the Asian market decided to put in huge speed bumps and you have to go 2-5 miles per hour to just drive down the road. Moreover, if you go inside their market, no one speaks English or it is very hard to find someone. It is like they make a point of making non-Asians feel unwelcome.

This place always feels like its under construction. There are always empty store fronts and the buildings behind the strip mall area vacant. There are some pretty good restaurants hiding in here though.

Great little area, good for grabbing a quick lunch, fast banking , 99 cents store is near for a snack, and not to mention Wal-Mart. It works and freeway access is soooo right there.

This area has shopping stores and food stops for the whole family the mc Donalds has a play place for the kids theres taco bell and Walmart for grocery shopping

Seem unsafe but has security on property. In a very poor neighborhood. Mainly ethnic groups here. Love the bueaty supply here and rhe mexican food store.
