The Pavilions shopping center is the most disabled-UNfriendly site I have ever seen. From the lack of adequate numbers and positioning of handicapped parking to the sidwalks littered with wheelchair and scooter-blocking tables, chairs and other impedimentia as well as lack of adequate traffic flow - both foot and automobile - this center made it impossible for me to get to a book-signing at the local Williams-Sonoma store. And we all know how seldom Sacramento gets the likes of Paula Deen. Thank you *SO MUCH* Pavilions! You *do* realize that California has been ADA-compliant for more than 10 years. So what possible excuse do you have except that your real attitude is "Disable People Are Not Welcome Here!" Derek Benner

Personal Touch Esthetics is AMAZING! BEST in Sacramento for all your skin needs. My friend and I went here to hang out and have coffee. We were dress comfortably and sat outside. The people working in the stores around the coffee shops gave us really mean looks once one man even looked at us with disused on his face. I will not be coming back.

Pavilions is in a convenient location with lots of great stores. Sometimes its difficult to exit back onto Fair Oaks Boulevard.
