Drove 120 miles (2 hrs+) to this outlet. 6/17/17 about 7pm. I dont normally write reviews, but this needs some LIGHT shining on!! This deserves a review. We wanted to get our baby a few pairs of Crocs. in line...A couple ahead of us couldnt decided to about certain style for their child. We waited patently as they talked to the cashier. The couple changed their mind, moved out of line... then proceed shopping again. My husband was assist at register. He was just about to pay our items then the couple returned asking the cashier a question. She immediately DISMISSED my husband by saying "Im sorry they were in line first" She canceled our items from the register and set our baby shoes aside! what is this? She asked my husband to stand aside as the couple and her continue to chat and laugh at their items. . We stood aside for about a minute raging with anger from such POOR customer service and left. We will not return to this location ever again. When hiring staff, make sure they are friendly, respectful and mindful of their customer. As most of them travel far to shop! despicable! :(

This place is right next to the freeway US-101, easy to get there and they have a lots of outlet stores to shop for clothing, jewelry, handbags and accessories....etc with discount price. There is no food court like other mall, but many franchise restaurants and vending machines around... So no worry about food or drink. Lots of parking space. Love this mall. Just Only One problem cause me give 4 stars instead of 5... Because the mall separated into 4 pieces. So you have to choose wither park your car in the parking lot that has most of the stores you will shop (so you will have to walk across street to another piece of mall to shop) or drive your car to another parking lot (if there is any space to park, parking mostly full in weekend and on holidays.) Since this is outdoor mall, prepare with sunscreen and water or umbrella, it will super hot most of the time especially in summer.

Klasse Outlett, absolute Schnäppchen, vorallem wenn man an Vatertag da ist. Super Auswahl und für Jung und Alt sehr gute Geschäfte dabei. War jetzt das zweite mal hier und hab mein Koffer jetzt zum Platzen gebracht. Sehr zu empfehlen. Man sollte allerdings keine kleine Stadt sondern einzelne Anteile erwarten, am besten man besorgt sich eine Karte und steuert die Geschäfte an, die man besuchen will.

We rarely go because we hate to deal with crowds, but we had a great time. Found more than what we were looking for at Christmas time. Great service. Our only bad experience was with Shoe Palace. They had shoes priced one thing but you go check out and they charge you a different price. Then they tell you "oh, another customer may have put that price on there" yet its their sensor with the price so a customer could not have removed the sensor with price and place it in a different shoe. When I asked to verify and they should sell it for the price it was marked, they told me the roster was locked so they couldnt do anything yet they were still ringing up customers. Very mischievous. .

Great outlet mall! There are so many stores here ranging from Lululemon to Timberland to Kate Spade to Brooks Brothers - no wonder its so popular! (There is definitely a greater variety of stores than what I have just named - I just thought of these ones because they stood out to me.) Anyway, if you plan to visit during a holiday or weekend, be sure to come early because parking can be traumatic. It gets super busy around noon and early afternoon (plus its hot in the summer) so I advise parking in one spot for the entire visit and walking to and from the different complexes. That way you wont need to go through the painful process of finding parking multiple times.

Good on Gilroy on having something else to brag about other than the garlic. Sadly, this is not a true outlet mall but the branded premium outlet managed my Simon property management group. These are the name brand stores selling the same items, or the specific branded outlet brand/model/styles. Not much in the way of deals, little to no sizes for tall folk or those of larger stature (forget any sneakers over size 13). The layout is awkward, not an easy way to walk around all the stores - also there are some duplicate stores. Not worth the effort on its own, but visiting along the way to other activities it might be worth your while.

Cooles Outlet mit super Angeboten und auch etwas zu Essen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass die Geschäfte in mehreren Areas eingeteilt sind und man zu Fuss über sehr befahrene Straßen gehen muss. Alternative ist die Nutzung des Autos. Gute Angebote in den einzelnen Geschäften, Welche jedoch anderen Outlets sehr ähnlich sind.

Schlechtester Premium Outlet. Alles viel zu weit auseinander. Auswahl nicht besonders. In Europa geläufige Männergrössen oft vergriffen. Schade um die Zeit. Da lohnt sich der Weg nach Livermore (ca. 1h nördlich). Um Welten besser und mit Hollister.

Beaucoup de marques présentent en revanche les remises sont très inégales de-50% minimum chez Aeropostal à à peine 50% sur le deuxième articles chez abercrombie soit 25% maximum de remise. A faire sur la route si vous partez de San Francisco vers Los Angeles.

Sehr gutes Outlet mit top Marken. Man sollte aber die Geschäfte gezielt ansteuern und sogar sich mit dem Auto zwischen den einzelnen Teilen bewegen. Es ist sehr weitläufig und zu Fuss müsste man stark befahrere Strassen überqueren.

Also Outlet ist das schon mal garnicht...Alles weit aus einander und die Peise wie in Deutschland...Fangangebote gibts nur bei den T Shirts von den Bekannten Herstellern. Tow for 25 ohne Tax... Also lohnt sich nicht die Bohne

The word "premium" is used pretty loosely here. If you know what youre looking for, there are better bargains to be had most any place else. QUite a high percentage of the goods in the "outlets" are actually made just for the outlets. So from that point of view, its just cheaper quality versions of the brands you already like. That being said, this one has lots of parking and is spread out over three complexes. Its a great place to take a break on a long road trip.

Gilroy is a treat for shoppers. Whenever I come to US I make sure I visit Gilroy once. If you are staying in San Jose then it will be a nice long drive for you on weekends also. You can find almost every brand shop you can think. Gilroy outlet is divided into 4 big areas. A, B, C, D. A and C areas are the largest ones. My advice is to go with outlet map on your mobile which you can download. This way you would know where you want to start. Happy Shopping!

Tra Brooks

Lots of shops, its called Gilroy premium Outlets but some of the stores are still expensive. Not enough restrooms; theyre located in the corners where you cant see them & when one is closed you have to walk a LONG way or drive to the other corner. A sun glass kiosk worker by the restrooms (this restroom was closed) NEAR Starbucks HE was VERY RUDE. When asked where the other restrooms were HE replied, "Im not an information desk."
