I happen to like this area because I play Pokémon GO and there are 2 stops here, but as far as shopping goes and overall area, well, its located in the ghetto for sure and there is not a whole lot of useful stores here. A liquor store, a Chinese restaurant (very good), a tire shop, a pharmacy, a drive up mini coffee stop, |etc.

The Good: Greatest Chinese Resturaunt in Sacramento! The Bad: Sketchy Area The Ugly: Drug and Prostitution still resides in this area. Lots of ghetto boom boxes that vibrate your own cars mirrors. Try to visit only during daylight before the crackheads, drug dealers, pumps and prostitutes come out...

Although I lived right across the street from this shopping center, I hardly ever visited the shopping center because most of the stores are either closed down or not really relevant. The rooftops offer a great photo shooting spot however

Parking lot is a nightmare when car traffic gets in, but overall not bad. Just a bunch of dated buildings. Kind of an eye sore for non locals. Overall not too sure. Didnt really shop there just grabbed coffee and went on our way.

Went to the medical supply store there. The staff were friendly and helped me get the right product for my grandma. Some of the prices are a bit to high but all in all if you need anything medical its a good place to go.

I go there for Dim Sum at Happy Garden restaurant. However, there is a nice little mexican place there, as well as a good shoe store. I havent frequented any other businesses here.

Its a step mall thats been through some ups and downs. Its kind of in the middle right now. Theres plenty of parking but its a little sketchy if youre not used to the area.
