Rude staff that honestly tried to tell me that since I paid my bill early, that the monthly payment cycle stays the same and that I needed to pay my bill again only 5 days later.. Not to mention that they turned my phone off during this all because I paid my phone bill early. Some people actually like to just keep their bills caught up. Stay away from Metro period but definitely this location. Story did end in my favor but that is just ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!
