This place came highly recommended and I now see why. In an effort to milk my Nexus 5 until Google forces me to pony up for their latest and greatest, I needed to replace my battery. Ritchie gave me a battery out of another Nexus 5 with a broken motherboard to try for a while--- FREE of charge! When this battery didnt perform well, he ordered a new battery, installed it, and discounted the charge due to a short delay in the delivery. I cannot remember the last time when I wanted to pay more than I was charged for the service I received. Fantastic business and customer service! Thanks Bull City Mobile Repair! I will be back.

I dropped my phone Friday night and shattered the screen. Looking for an alternative to taking it in to apple and having them give me a "loaner" for 3 days while they fix my phone, I did a search in Durham. BCMR came up with top ratings so I gave them a try. They were excellent, as per all the reviews I read. I was able to get in Saturday afternoon, and in 20 minutes my screen was totally brand new. Great job and thanks for saving me the headache of going through Apple. Five stars and two thumbs up!

I had an excellent experience at Bull City Mobile Repair. Ritchie is honest, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the phones. The prices equivalent or cheaper than other local stores. The rear camera on my iphone 6s+ was broken so I took it this store, based on so many good reviews its got online. He fixed my phone in like 10min. Im going back to get my power button fixed in this store as well. I would definitely recommend this awesome store to anyone whos looking for a phone repair shop!

Ritchie was fantastic! Not only was my iPhone 5s screen cracked, but my touch screen was so destroyed, to what I thought was the point of no repair, but Ritchie did it-- in 20 minutes! It looks amazing and brand new! Right after he fixed it there was still a tiny glitch, but he repaired in 5 minutes! This guy knows what hes doing and I will for sure come back here, well I hope I wont have to! And not to mention the prices are extremely reasonable. I highly reccomend Bull City Mobile Repair!

I have been to Bull City Mobile Repair twice, once for a bad broken screen and once for severe water damage. Both times I thought my phone was beyond repair and would need to get a new phone but they were able to save me from buying a new phone. They are very reasonably priced. Any time something is wrong with my phone I will always check with them before anywhere else!

Ritchie is very knowledgeable about the phones he repairs. Ive been to other places and they dont know the technical aspects and the components in the phone. He was super quick with getting my cell phone repaired. The shop is really clean and a nice place to relax while getting the repairs done; plus he is a real friendly guy. I highly recommend BCMR!!!

Ritchies wicked nice. Been to this place twice now, first to get my screen replaced and second to see if he could magically bring my water damaged phone back to life. Unfortunately, my phone was too far gone, even though he tried everything. He also let me know about Apples "Out of Warranty" option to help me save money on my new iPhone.

The owner was amazingly friendly and quick! He fixed my broken iPhone 6 LCD screen in 10 minutes and even learned my name. Ive been to other places to fix the same thing on my phone and I would say this place is the best. Great looking shop and soooooooooo much faster (and a bit cheaper!) then the places at Southpoint mall.

Needed an new Iphone 5s charger port installed...service was great at the shop...good location, plenty of parking, friendly sales folks and I got it done in 20 minutes at quite a bit less than what other locations around the triangle are charging. Will return with any mobile device repair needs that I have.

I was out of town, and the recommended service technician would have charged an outrageous price, just for a diagnostic check. Richie was upfront and honest, and charged a fair price. Its awesome to see a homegrown repair shop so contrary to the monopolistic cell phone rig! Keep it up!

Ritchie has saved my phone twice now with his miracle-working magic. I dumped an entire cup of water directly into the speaker and he was able to open it up, dry it, and treat it. Its now good as new. Make it your first stop.
