Ive been with T-MOBILE since its inception, since it was SunCom. I have an attached , like family feeling with TMOBILE, even though I could certainly go with another company, why would I ?? I love the magenta colors that "Fit" TMobiles character, they can do more than match the competition, they stand out and beyond the rest. Great Job! John Legere...TMOBILE is #1

Good staff, though some of them try entirely too hard to sell. I realize thats their job but when I say no the first time, Im only going to dig in deeper when you push. Decent phone selection and the staff works quickly to resolve any issue. I have 5 lines, all set up by the staff here.

Ridiculously rude agent. I stepped in the store to speak with my sister and ask her how ilong it was going to be and she was on the phone with the police. So I started to film her to ensure that the police and her management understand how ridiculous she was behaving.
