Went back to this retailer about a problem with a phone I had bought there less than 2 months prior. Was told that I was past the 14 day "warranty period" and they couldnt do anything for me. When I called AT&T directly, they told me the 14 day was a "buyers remorse" period, to exchange a phone if I didnt like it. They in fact told me that I had a one year warranty on a phone I purchased through AT&T! They suggested in the future if I have a problem, I might be better served going to Best Buy, as "Authorized Retailers" are just franchises. So anyone else might be better served going to Best Buy rather than this "Authorized Retailer".
