worst customer service in history, but theyre experts at being rude. I went there to make a payment and was refused a paper receipt for money received because I didnt have my id on me. they said I would have one texted to me, which I never received, and so I went back in the store to get a paper receipt and the poor excuse for an assistant manager was getting up in my face and trying to intimidate me because I told them I didnt want to leave without getting some kind of receipt for money they just received from me. he made it seem like since he was the "meathead working out" type I should be intimidated and just leave the store, little did he know that I was laughing hysterically on the inside at this guy cause he was such an uneducated loser and kept tripping over all the things he was lying about that it was quite funny to watch. first he said they couldnt print a receipt, then he said the only way to get one was from customer care, then they even went as far as to say they "Just wouldnt print one for Me". beware of this store. im honestly just writing this cause I dont want anyone to go through what I just went through and potentially blame it on tmobile because this place isnt even a real tmobile store, theyre a third party vendor and arent obligated to follow the same stringent policies for customer service as a "real" authorized tmobile store. dont waste your time going here cause u might very well get screwed for one thing or another, just cruise 5mins north and go to the 544 store, theyre much more helpful, knowledgeable and most of all they wont try to intimidate you when you just want fair service,lol. tmobiles great but franchisees like these will only prove to hurt the tmobile brand.

Excellent excellent service! They were extremely nice, patient, and knowledgeable upgrading my iPhone. I had been thinking about getting a fit bit and while we were there upgrading my phone, they gave us a fantastic deal on my new fit bit! We are two happy senior citizens heading home with our new toys !
