I was at verizon and was serviced by representative Mr. Jay and I just wanted to let you know that he has really been a wonderful person and really very personable. He was very helpful and a wonderful wonderful sale person. He needs to be look at in terms of a higher position and higher pay because you really is a asset to your company and I am sure that your office will go to even greater heights because of his presentation. Came in because my contacts disappeared from my phone. I was greeted by Cory. it took him no time to have my contacts back! Then he explained the benefits for me to switch my service from pay as you go to a regular account. I really got a good deal. This was a fantastic experience considering I had to get to work and there was problems with my phone not activating. He 3 way called my job with tech support and hand delivered my phone to my work. Thats customer service.
