Bought a charger that didnt fit my phone upon trying to return it I was disrespected in such a manner tht was uncalled for...The girl said a charger is an accessory after talking to her on the phone she then sid it was an extended accessory an refused to return the equipment that was purchased an my receipt said I had 7days to return it with the original package...the charger was never used it was the wrong charger....Very disappointed with cricket services...an No person should argue with the customer...Where did she get her training from...
