My fiancé took me to this store to switch to his plan. The sales rep misinformed us about a promotion that was going on. Long story short, we didnt qualify for the promotion so we went back to the store. The sales rep who handled our transaction admitted he messed up and told his manager. The lady manager said, "oh well. He messed up. If you want the promotion then switch your plan. Im not giving you a credit. I dont want to." Both managers were rude and unprofessional and even though they were supposed to credit us, they refused. I can understand making a mistake, but there are consequences. If I made a mistake and didnt pay my bill, I wouldnt be able to say "oh. I messed up so T-Mobile doesnt get their money." I would be charged a late fee as a consequence for not paying.... No worries though. We got our credit from higher up. Well never go back to this location.

Theres definitely a store here, its right next to the H&R Block center. This place is really small and out of the way, so its great for avoiding the crowds and the pressure of the sale. My mother and I went here to talk about switching our plan, and the salespeople were really friendly, it was nice and quiet... Just an overall great shopping experience. If you live in Monroeville, and youre looking for a T-Mobile store, this should be your first stop!

We came in to trade in an exploding Note 7, and they treated us like we were asking them for a free phone. Richard made us wait on hold for customer service for half an hour to do his job for him. Then made us wait a week to get a replacement in the mail. Clearly they dont care about selling their customers dangerous phones. Contact me when the class action suit happens.

Amazing store with an amazing staff! Cant believe there is even a single poor complaint on here, but we all know how some customers can really never be pleased haha. Definitely recommend! If they can help an older-timer like me, they can help you too.

The lady manager is a liar and real trash. WILL LIE TO U. She needs to go..... Look many bad reviews about her. The other guys at the store are really excellent and helpful.
