They made the issue with my phone 10 times worse then what it was I cant do anything except use Facebook messenger and and the Google search bar. When I walked in and i waited 30 min before anyone said anything to me as the guests that came in after me were helped and were able to leave. I had a man named Joe take my phone into the back for about 20 or 30 minutes then came back saying he fixed everyth8by and just moved everything over to my sd card ( the sd card that has been glitching out all of my apps and now has lost all of my pictures and music) I went in again the next day explained what happened and was then promptly out on the phone with tech support (if I knew thats what they would have done I wouldnt have wasted the gas and wouldve just called from my home) they did nothing for me but tell me things I could try but that wouldnt work because of whatever they had done to my phone the day before. No I cant text I cant use my apps (other than fb messenger) I cant do anything and they wont do anything to try and fix it or makeup for what they did to my phone. I went to this specific location because Ive always had amazing service from them in the past but this was the worst service by far. They just seemed more eager to give me the same answer over and over after messing up my phone almost entirely and just get me out the store no questions asked. Absolutely the worst service I would give a -1 rating of it was allowed.

Went in with a problem with my phone and after a 20 minute wait the rep didnt help me. She put me on the phone with tech support and walked away. Tech support said the phone needed to be hooked up by someone at the store and checked. Got the rep to finally come back over to talk to tech support and she took the phone talked to them for a minute set the phone on the desk and walked away again without speaking and never came back. Finally I left and will try to fix the phone myself with tech support from home

Absolutely horrible service. We were trying to upgrade my mother-in-laws phone when our rep walked into the back of the store to "ask his manager a question." Turns out, him and his manager were trash talking us for several minutes. Fortunately, my wife had gone to the back to use the restroom and overheard the entire conversation. Ive never been more shocked by horrible, horrible service and behavior. I would file an official complaint with Verizon if I could, but unfortunately this is my only option.

This would have been a one star review if it werent for one employee at this store. The rest of the staff was rude or unwilling to return a defective product including the manager . Ashley was awesome and never had an issue assisting me. She gave me an awesome deal on my service and helped me with my accessories. She continued to help me even after the sale. If you go here; request Ashley. If not youre wasting your time and need to go elsewhere.

As soon as I walked in the door I was created by an attendant who then spent the rest of my time there helping only me. The personal service was wonderful. He answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the best new phone without pushing the most expensive one. They also have great payment plans and services to get all my data from my broken phone to the new one
