Ive had one of the best customer service experiences at this Sprint store. From the time I walked into the doors, up until the time I left everyone was very nice, friendly, and helpful. One person in particular stood out to me the most; a guy named, Benjamin, also known as Lee. He did not give up on getting my number/service ported. My first day at the store I stayed there for four hours while Lee tried to get everything done for me. Not once did he sigh, grunt or complained about how long the process was taking. He was extremely patient, relaxed, and helpful. That was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have had. If youre already or planning to become a Sprint customer, stop in and ask for Lee. Hell be happy to come to your service.

Terrible customer service Shana and Monique were incredibly short with me and seemed uninterested in helping me in fact dialed customer care and held out the phone to me. Ive never been treated so poorly I will be changing my service provider back to Verizon incredible disappointed with not just service coverage but the consistently terrible customer service at this location.

I went to add a MBB device to my shared plan. The employee that helped me told me that I would have to get a new data plan for the MBB device which I knew was not true. Later that day I went home and ordered the device online and added it to my plan with no problem. From that experience I will not rely on this Sprint store in the future.
