I must say im beyond upset..I went into the store today needing help with a issue . .like always i asked for Justin and was informed that he no longer works there... This is very upsetting for many reasons ...When ever Justin is there and i would walk in the door he greeted me by name because he actually knows his customers unlike the other employees who could care less who i am and tell me what # i am in line .. Justin always went above and beyond to help with a issue and i always left with problems solved Im seriously debating if i still wanna deal with this store due to the fact Ive had several disappointing results and experiences when dealing with anyone other than Justin

The 5 star rating is for the regular staff all very helpful and nice really know what they are doing. As for the store manager and district manager however there isnt a rating low enough on the charts. was only given two weeks to train and I have been in retail wireless sales before and was told I wasnt going to work out. two weeks is not enough training for anyone learning a whole new system of selling. No the real reason i was let go is that another locations manager hired his good buddy on and wasnt aloud to work in the same store as him. so they sent him to the store i was in then i was shoved out.

This place far exceeds the service experience given at those corporate locations. Instead of being treated like a number, the store manager Justin and his well trained team make you feel like you matter to Verizon. Never had an issue here and will continue to drive the extra distance to keep my business in a locally owned and well ran franchise.

This store is the best! They are always professional and have the best deals. I will never go to the corporate store again and wait in line for 45 minutes just to be told they cant help. The Verizon Store in the Walmart Plaza is a much better experience and I would recommend this location to anyone interested in Verizon.

First time I went there the one staff was wonderful. Went a second time and two girl staff were in the back gossiping and ignored. No one called to tell us our phones arrived. The male staff had an attitude. We left and went to the Youngwood store and it was wonderful there!

I just got a new phone here in Mount Pleasant store and Jared was awesome! It is the second time that I have had him wait on me he is very connecting very caring and very professional I will definitely come back! I feel like Ive made a new friend :-)

I have had a great experience at the Mt.Pleasant Wireless Zone..The new manager Jordan is always so helpful with everything. Chris,Jared,and Kate are also nice to ..it is always a pleasant visit since Jordan showed up.
