I have now shattered two iPhones and both times they were repaired in no time at all. After the second repair, the keyboard was lagging enough to be a nuisance. While they didnt recognize the problem I was experiencing, they proceeded to change the face again before ruling it a panel issue. Having just picked it up, its flawless. Many businesses wouldnt have offered to replace it again when it wasnt a glaring issue; however, I feel this is a testament to the dedication to fully satisfy customers!
