I have been to this store on a few occasions. I had purchased a phone last year back in Florida before I moved back here. When I had an issue with my phone I made the mistake to go to the Mall Store, after waiting 30 minutes and I asked for help the rep didnt even listen to me. He just said thats how its supposed to work. Then my neighbor mentioned I should go here and BAMM. I was amazed at how nice they are and knowledgeable. Not only did they correct the issue and they showed me how to optimize my smartphone for best use. I now recomend them to all my friends. While I was there, their was a couple who had some kids and the owner gave them balloons. You dont see that anymore. I will only shop here from now on.

The people here are nothing but nice, helpful, and quite knowledgeable about the products they are selling. I havent found a better store than this one, where they take the time to explain the phones / products to you and make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. I just bought an iPhone there, and they were able to answer all of my questions and help me learn how to use it. I recommend them to all of my friends. Ask for Jarred or Cliff, and youll be in good hands.

I ordered a Droid battery from them and they told me it would only take a few days to come in. I called twice over the next couple of weeks to see if it had arrived. When they finally contacted me over two weeks later to tell me the battery was in, and when I called them back the very next day they had sold it to someone else.

Its very rare to find excellent customer service, but this Verizon location has it! Luke was extremely helpful with my phone issue and also checked to make sure I was getting the best value out of my wireless plan. I will highly recommend this location. Thanks Luke!

Finally a Verizon store with people who know what they are talking about, and want to help you. The employees have always been friendly and very helpful. They are very knowledgeable of all Verizon products.
