I would give them 0, if I could, avoid this store and go to another one, when they treat a customer like me that have 4 lines and 5 installment phone like this, you can imagine how they would treat new customer, Make a story short, I made a mistake and for 1st time I went to store to purchase my new Note 5, only because to enroll on jump on demand, and proplem started from right there, 1st they made a mistake and I had to make many calls to store and tmobile customer service, so finally they admitted their mistake, so they order another one a d I had to pay another down payment , and wait for my 1st 1st one to be refund, waited for 3 weeks, no refund, call the store, didnt care, and worst part was they charged me twice for the phone, finally I went to store and this rude manager trying to blame me and unwillingly call the customer services, try to misled me with wrong information, and after 45 minutes waiting he finally fix the problem without even admitting they made errors, or even apologizing. I still use tmobile but never go back to that store
