This location is absolutely terrible. Unless the management and staff have changed since going there 2 years ago, I couldnt recommend anyone go to this location. When previously purchasing a new phone I was lied to numerous times during the process by the associate. I was told that their promotion included a free LG tablet with the phone. I told them numerous times I wasnt interested since I knew itd come with an additional cost per month for the device. The associate told me hed credit my account per month to offset the devices monthly cost. To make it better he said to just to disable mobile and just use it on Wifi and Id have no issues and itd be free. I then asked multiple times if it will truly be free, and kept receiving a confident yes. So I ended up going for it, and a month later found out that he never credited my account. So then I tried returning the tablet for the reasons I mentioned and when doing so found there was a $70 fee associated with it. So I called customer service and they required me to go back to the store to talk to the manager or call them. So I called them on the phone with the rep on the same line and the Manager basically called me a liar, wouldnt give me back my money, and acted like the most arrogant SOB Ive spoken with about a problem before. He kept saying his employees would never do what I said and offered to give me money back but never the full amount. In the end, the Customer Service rep apologized profusely for how he handled himself and they waived my fee and I was able to send back the device. I would never recommend someone go to this store as theyre only interested in their sales numbers and will lie right to your face to sign someone. Obviously theres no such thing as free, so when someone at this store tries to exclaim differently, just tell em to shove it.

I had a bit of a rough time when my mothers phone died . Shes on my plan, so I headed out to a few different verizon stores. Of course if it were my phone-or if I had a phone for her to use I would have been overjoyed waiting the 24 hours for shipment of a new one. However, my mother has metastatic adenocarcinoma and no other phone available to her. I found myself at this store, Rick and Angie went above and beyond to assist me and I ended up walking out of the store with a lender phone comparable to her own. it wasnt just that I got what I wanted although I admit thats important for the masses, I was treated like a human being-treated with dignity and compassion. I will only go to this location from now on for my needs. Rick and Angie were amazing and worked out all of my issues. Thank you is not enough.

The employees at this location are completely incompetent. I was told that I couldnt switch over my unlocked iPhone 5s from T-Mobile. The employees didnt even truly check into this before turning me down. Once I called Verizon customer service I was told that it should definitely work if the phone is unlocked and from T-Mobile. I wont be returning to this location again and hope that the company can look into its employee training so that others arent forced to deal with this same situation.

the salesman that upgraded my phone yesterday told me at first i had to buy my new upgrade. and i was like, "um....no this one is on my plan so he said, "OH YOU"RE RIGHT!" then he forgot to give me my rebate form now i have to go BACK to get it. just a hassle. make sure you look in your bag to see if theyve given you your rebate form and also go online so they dont tell you you have to buy your upgrade!!!!

Wait times exceed one hour. They do not have enough people on staff to efficiently help customers in a timely manner. I need my phone fixed due to a hardware issue and I have watched 12 people walk out. Some employees are not even helping customers, but are watching football on the company tv.

Terrible customer service. Thanks to one employee who failed to inform me of the extra charges that will be reflected on my bill, I owe Verizon $750.00 over the next two years. Also its for equipment that I dont need such as a blue tooth speaker. Thanks a lot for wasting my money!

Hands down the best Verizon store I ever went into. I have gone to a couple others but these people that work here always fix any problem other places have made. They will always take the time to make sure you know your product before you walk out the door.

Its a corporate Verizon store. They can help make changes to your account when needed but are otherwise useless. At least they dont scam as badly as premium retailers. They can take our lives, but theyll never take our unlimited data plans.
