Worst Verizon store ever, never go there! They will give you wrong information! When I switched to Verizon, they told me that they will cover the rest of my payment that I owe to T-Mobile, but when I call Verizon customer service they tell me that this is impossible. Had to pay $500 for the phone I used only 1 month. Employees look like they dont know their work

Was in the market for a new phone. Was told I was able to keep my current planand get an upgraded phone. Was told Id have to pay $27 for the phone but Id get $20 off of my plan. Never received the credit. This is not a Verizon store. Its an authorized dealer. Filed a complaint with Verizon. Well see where it goes and Ill update.

Wanted to open a plan after a phone number transfer but employee kept telling me he couldnt help me. Walked out and went to Verizon store in Moon Twp. and what a difference. Mr. Littlepage was so helpful that I actually felt good after leaving a Verizon store.
