I have been a t-mobile customer for 12 years and have been to numerous t-mobile locations. On two separate occasions I was in a DIFFERENT store for over an hour because their server went down but the staff was so friendly that it was ok.This Jupiter T-mobile happens to be right near my work and my home which makes it very convenient to go to however each time I have had to go into this store I have been ignored. The couple of times that i have had the patience and time to just wait for them to decide to talk to me they offer no help. Recently, I was told to wait and ask my question to the store manager. I stood behind someone he was helping and when he was done he never said a word to me, walked across my path and helped someone else who had walked in, I was embarrassed so I left. If I ever have to go back to a store I will just go out of my way to find a different one. If you go here I Hope they treat you better then they treated me.

The worst company I had, they were supose to give me credit for my touch that I rutern when I got another one and they never did, I never have network, so the cell is not good and the cicle is close 9 days after I pay, when I try to close it, they tall me I had to pay70 dollars of the cell( every month is $70;00 it never went down and no credit for the returnn of the other cell), I was always running out of data whe,n I call them to tell them that I did not have data they will put my cicle ahead it is just bad I hated it, You are suppose to pay in advance I do not have a contract, t mobi want me to pay this month plus another month ahead is just a lot of lies and tricks after another at the begining they gave me a bad cell the second day I receive another one e refurbished one whith a bad sim it was one thing afer another.

The male employees here are rude. I have never had a good experience! I was here the other day and I was asked what I could be helped with, after the screen broke on my phone and wanted to know my options, he rudely says "again?" i had came in a week before to get the price it would be through insurance and came in that day to pay it, when he told me it was almost $100 more than what I was told last week by someone else I left and got it fixed else where. Another experience I had here I purchased a new phone about a year ago and it wasnt set up correctly so the manager erased all my photos and messages trying to put it on the new phone, all he said was sorry! Get it together guys!!

Horrible service. We walked in at 10 am, there were two people in front of us. The woman Mary was nice but was not able to help as she was with another customer. Some guy came in, said he was just there to pay his bill (we were there to buy a tablet) and he went ahead of us. The manger let him go on front of us. Mary tried to tell the manager, in Spanish, that we were there first. Nothing. No sorry. We walked out and that was when yhe manager finally says something to us...Im almost done..thats it. We said no thanks. We drove to Jensen Beach to get our tablet. This manager needs customer service training. Make Mary the manager she was pleasant and seemed to genuinely care.

Guys,, i went to this store for some help , i was slammed with 3 different guys asking me so many questions and they were just pushing me in to buy new phones which i dint need , than specially the store manager { i think his name is David} was very unprofessional , rude and he was just trying to get me out of store as quick as he could saying call customer service. i was so disappointed that even the team leader was so unfriendly and unprofessional i will never go their again. i wonder how t-mobile hire such a looser .

Bad,bad service,I will never go back to the place ever again ,I purchase a Samsung Galaxy s7,and 1 day after fell down, and chipped, I wanted to changed and the sales person did not help me,or give any other solution,I ask for the store manager to get any help from him he is so rude, his need to be fired no manner he doesnt deserve to have the position.he need to know how to have a better customer,service I do not recommend nobody going in the place. I finally went to other t mobile, and they solve my problem.

This place is awful i went there yesterday to upgrade my phone and no one seemed to understand what i wanted to do. The girl that was helping me barely speak any English. And it wasnt my first time there last time i was there was because my phone was stuck on recovery mode i was told that i had to take it to Apple they had no idea how to help with help online i was able to resolve the issue myself. The staff needs more training.....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I have been with T mobile for 13 years and I dont like going into their retail stores. However, I have visited this store multiple times to resolve issues I couldnt handle over the phone. Most of the staff is well versed and trained in all of T-mobiles products and solutions. Management is also attentive to customer needs. I believe they deserve 5 stars when compared to other T-mobile stores.

I went there once it was really busy and there were only a couple of people working. Despite this they were cordial and friendly with everyone and got through the line relatively quickly. They were helpful in transferring my number and setting up my unlocked phone and got me working and set up before I walked out the door.

The girl hung up on me twice when calling to find out why my phone had been turned off. She was rude and did not have time to be bothered by a phone customer. Bring your phone in was the pat answer for her help.

Lousy coverage and tmobile has the worst customer service ever, 2nd worst is Sears, 3rd Comcast. Costco is great, so you know that I do really appreciate someting good.
