I have two words to describe the management at this store location; Horrible/Arrogant. I happen to notice a T-mobile retail store when I was visiting the DMV so I walked-in to inquire about getting my I-phone screen fixed. The store rep was very friendly and advised me of the price. I was very happy with the price and plan to return today on my lunch break. Upon arrival another store rep called a manager who told me the prices changed. I was not happy about the price change and express this to the store manager over the phone also letting him know I would still leave the phone. The manager then told me he didnt need my money and that he make plenty of money. As a customer I feel like I should be able to express my concerns in regards to price changes and luring customers with false pricing. I felt very disrespected I will never return to this store location again.

Horrible decision to have gone here . It started as me and my wife walked in the door and asked the owner how much it would cost to replace the screen for the same original screen the phone currently had . I returned an hour later only to discover that he replaced the screen with an after market one and the screen would not work . I politely asked him what was going on with my phone and he became angry and started yelling and told me he knew I was that 1% of people that would complain . I had a legitimate reason to complain . He the. Threatend me , and told me he was going to shoot me . I called the cops and they took care of it from there I would not recommend going to this place for any service at all

I always come here to buy unlocked phones that I take overseas as gifts. I do my research and they always have awesome quality, lowest prices in town and a pretty big selection. They also have a lot of accessories, including Bluetooth speakers, power Banks, Apple and Samsung smart watches, and beats headphones, many other cool gadgets! Already sent over many of my friends and family members. Great team, and customer service friendly

I cracked my iPhone 6 the other day and called to see how long it would be to fix my phone and how much. It was $69.99 for the repair. They told me it would take about 45 minutes, but in reality I was done in 20 minutes!!! The technician was very knowledgeable and they gave me 50% off on a tempered glass for my phone. Hopefully I dont crack my phone again, but if I do, Ill give you a call.

My headphone jack was not functioning and I couldnt find anyone to fix it. I went to Quality phone repairs and I got it fixed in no time with convenient pricing. Customer service was great. It was worth the visit and the wait. I fully recommend that if you have an issue with your phone, visit them. I guarantee your phone will be fixed and youll be satisfied.

FINALLY I found a place I can bring my electronics and know I will have it done right and for a reasonable price. Friendly ...fast..and honest! Thank you. Went in to change the screen on my iPhone and 1day later there were several malfunctions in my phone. Went back and they wanted to change me more to fix those issues that started after they did the work. Would have been cheaper and more effective to go to Apple store at least there they would have backed up their work!

Found this place on google. It was close to my house, had a good rating so I came here. The reviews were accurate. Workers here are friendly, and professional. The prices here are very affordable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Ill be back here again to have my iPhone screen fixed next.

Great place! Found this place through Groupon and went in to get my iPhone 6s Plus screen fixed. The technician was nice and very helpful and even gave me a tempered glass for my iPhone 7 plus I am getting soon! Overall amazing experience and I will definitely keep them in mind next time I need a phone repair!

Broke my lg k7 called a few phone repair stores no one had tge part in stock called quality phone repairs not only did they gibe me a lower proce then everyone else they fixed it same day and had the part in stock but they also fixed it same day in 45 minutes. Great place love tgjs store

Went to Quality Phone and got a great deal on an IPhone 6S, cheaper than any other place!! I have metro as carrier ... he switch & activated the service for at a lower price and even gave me a complimentary tempered glass for the phone!! Great place, would recommend to anybody!!
