My Samsung fell and the screen went off. At Best Buy I was told I had to change the screen, something that costs more than $ 200 . Luis Fuentes, the store manager Dr.PhoneFix could fix it and charged me only $ 40 even though I had told him that a test had been done and I insisted on buying a new screen. He is an honest guy who works quickly and efficiently . My phone is like new. I recommend Dr. Phone Fix Kendall. Mi teléfono Samsung se cayó y la pantalla quedó desconectada. 3rd time I tried getting an ipad mini fixed here - first 2 they couldnt repair so I figured - lets give them just one more try - HUGE MISTAKE! Dropped it off for cracked screen replacement on March 9th; it was not ready for pick up until about a week late - problem getting the right part they said. They tested the screen functionality and verified it; but when I get home; the sound/speaker no longer works; can only hear sound with a headphone plugged in. I bring it back; also reporting issues with the home button sticking to indicate the new screen was not properly installed. They do their thing and tell me they cant fix the sound which broke while in their care and the home button is part of the new part - so - cant fix it. They had also promised to include a screen protector with the repair but - didnt have the part; were going to order it and let me know when it was in stock so I could bring it back for the screen protector - and here we are - after several emails asking for the status of the screen protector - no replies whatsoever - its June and - nothing. Never again. Sorry I tried and I waited (3) months before deciding to post my experience.

I went to this venue to talk to a technician that I had previously spoken to on the phone the day prior. He had asked me to come in so that he could see the issue with my phone in person as he didnt want to commit to something that he could not do. The space is small, but the service is huge. Luis helped me out with my issue. While I didnt actually get my phone fixed here, he was extremely helpful with me and tried to give my phone a temporary patch. He also was kind enough to send me a work order so that I could explain to my bank (I was disputing work done by another shop) what issues I was having with the phone. Because of how helpful and friendly the service was, I would not hesitate going back or recommending this place to others.

I just left Dr.PhoneFix in Kendall and what a great experience Ive had there! I usually never leave reviews at places I go to but this shop really blew my mind with the customer service! I was welcomed and assisted instantly. I went in because my camera on my iPhone 7 was having issues and they were able to fix the problem within 15 minutes! The owner, Luis, helped me and explained to me the issue on the camera, which I loved because other places Ive been to never take the time to do that. Vannessa talked to me the whole time and I felt more like family there. I would definitely recommend coming here for any phone fixes or accessories you may need for your phone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I do not recommend this place for iphones. I had my iphone 6 screen fixed here just a week later to find the screen had started lifting and they wouldnt replace it unless I paid for an entire other screen! My microphone stopped working and screen was less responsive until finally it turned gray. I had it fixed by apple (without applecare) for less than the price I paid here and they actually fixed it correctly and now my microphone works. I didnt get my phone fixed at Apple originally because I feared it would take way to long but it actually was just as fast.

After dropping my iPhone in water, I went to the AT&T store to see what could be done. Of course the only option from them was for me to pay over $400 to pay off the phone and then enter into a new contract. I went into Dr phone fix and they were friendly and attentive. Explained all of the options, repaired my phone within a matter of minutes and even offered me a discount on a glass screen. The associates at the West Kendall Location were admirable. Dario, Ileana and Carlos Rodriguez Tried to accommodate My wife whose lease terminated and finally got a RAV4. My lease and sons are up next year. After 20 years with Toyota will try another brand. My experience with SE Toyota has been very disagreeable. Throughout all these years, I have found the personnel from a his financial organization to be extremely inadequate, not friendly at all. I dropped my phone in water which caused the power button the be glitchy. Someone had recommended this place to me. I arrived, they were friendly and I didnt have to wait to be helped. Robert explained the options I had with the phone and the cost involved up front. I returned within an hour and my phone was fixed. They explained in detail what they did and Im happy knowing they didnt overcharge or replace a part just because. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I went in with an issue regarding my iPhone 5s charging capabilities and was out of the store within 20 minutes with what feels like a new phone! It charges perfectly now, whereas it would only charge in very specific spots before. I highly recommend this store location to anyone who desires GREAT customer service and speedy tech work. Came here to replace cracked screen of iPad mini and iPhone 5s. The service was great, however, the repairs were not. The devices started having problems with screen sensitivity and battery life after replacing the screen. I came back to fix it multiple times but things only became worse. My iPad ended up unsalvageable and my iPhone battery life only lasted a couple of minutes (even after I paid for a new battery replacement).

Great people. I had both of my iphones repaired by them and it was a great experience dealing with Vanessa and the rest of the team. I have called them on other issues and she always manage to help with a smile. In todays business world is very hard to find competent, fair and honest people. I am glad to say that Dr Phone is one of those places. Their prices are very reasonable and they work very fast.

I went three times to try to fix my iphone 6 plus and they tried but the problem was not technical but inside, it was the touch of the phone that served when wanted, I thank Robert and everyone else who helped me because perfectly could me changed the screen and charged me but they knew that it would continue giving problems, told me to go to apple store and solved it, and gave me a new one.
