Recieved order of chocolate strawberries today of course like all reviews they were less than edible..the leaves were wilted the strawberries were not sweet and the leaked once you bit into them .For the amount of money paid you can actually we can do better by going to publix its way too much for this garbage thank you anniversary ruined. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION ask for a different location to deliver vs when you call the 800 number ask to be re routed. Such poor poor service and quality of product.She even tried to defend her self on social media how tacky rather than just saying hi sorry for your inconveince please call us or email us at....

I ordered an edible arrangement for my mothers birthday. I live in New Jersey and I was concerned that my mother wasnt going to get her order on time. The driver did great in communicating with me. Once my order was delivered, the driver called me to inform me. I really appreciated that. My mother definitely felt extra special. When my mother sent me a picture of the arrangement, I was disappointed on how small it was. I was expecting it to be similar to the picture but it wasnt. Which is way Im giving this store 3 stars. I would order again but maybe get in contact with the store prior to ordering.

This location is completely disrespectful they will come to your house. wont knock on your door leave a where are sorry we missed you Note on your door never even nocked! and wont come deliver to the next day so Im like just give me my money back . Nobody has time to wait a whole Nother day for arrangements ! Dont waste your time with this location instead of being very happy and surprised he will be very very upset and sad. And Im also going to report them to the Better Business Bureau ASAP . You guys have a great day make sure you order from a different location this location is trash !

Ordered my arrangement a couple days in advance before Valentines Day, they never showed up for delivery never gave me a phone call letting me know they could not make it and when I got up the next morning to go get my refund they told me that the delivery came by I must not have been home but I was sitting next to my door waiting for them till about 1030pm and theyre going to tell me that they came by at 9:40. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Will advise everybody I know to never order from this particular edible arrangements. If I could give this a negative star rating I would.

My husband ordered me an edible arrangement for Mothers Day a week ahead of time. I called twice confirming if they will deliver or not before they closed because I waited all day to get my "surprise" its now 8pm and still not arrangements. If I recieve tomorrow I will be getting my money back this is ridiculous. You would think they would understand that moms have kids who go to bed at 8pm. Never will I let my husband order again.

Horrible service! Placed online order for same day delivery...store called and gave sob stories why they couldnt make delievery same day, but could the next day. Finally made delivery next day at 7 pm....so much for the time critical special occasion. Adding insult to injury, the arrangement was substandard to Edibles usual quality. Will NEVER use this location again!

Recently had surgery and my wifes company sent this as a gift. It wa a nice gesture on their part, however it was not good at all. The fruit was no where near edible picked a week or so too early. A bag of oranges and bananas from Publix would have been much better. Will not recommend to anyone

They didnt deliver my wifes order on V day nor did they call to say that the order wasnt going to be filled. When I spoke with the manger he hang up me and said what you want me too do Wow.I will ever order here again beware

Will never order from this place again. They messed up my valentines this year. My husband ordered from them to surprise me and never got our order. DONT GET NOTHING FROM THIS PLACE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
