I usually dont write anything bad about any business but this place is Horrible. I ordered flowers for my wife who was in work trip at Valentines Day. First of all when I went online their discription was very poor. There were no pictures of any flowers or any description which they described as (Valentines day special ) and which they charge $50.95 for standard size. I decided to give a shot because it was only Flower shop that delivers in a special day like that. Make the story short I ordered they special plus candy and I love you ballon at 9am and they told me that it will be deliver by mid afternoon. Flowers never been delivered now its 8pm and my never got the flowers. They didnt even bother to call or send me an email. I called them at 4pm ask about delivery they told me that next one is mine and still nothing. They closed at 5pm so I have no way to call them. Horrible service and they lied me over the phone . Im about to call me credit card company and cancel this order. I would not recommend anybody to use this business.

I had to purchase flowers for a funeral. I had to order online, and the selection was great. I used this shop versus what the funeral home recommend because of the variety and free delivery. I called the very next day to ensure my order was received, as Ive never had to handle these details. The lady that answered was very nice and advised she received the order and had picked up fresh flowers. She was honest and said she didnt have one type of flower that was pictured. I told her my moms favorite color was yellow and I was not concerned with whatever she had to substitute. She told me not to worry and would send me a picture when it was completed. She did absolutely everything she said and more. She kept me up to date from beginning to end. I highly recommend using this place. The flowers were very fresh and beautiful. The spray was gorgeous, and full of flowers. If I ever have a need for flowers under any circumstance, this is the only place I will use.

For Mothers day I sent a gift card and card to my mom through the mail since we live states apart. It got sent back to me the day before Mothers day....So I thought, well Flowers!! I had to make sure my mom got something that wasnt late. The first florist i tried was all booked up. Then I found this one. They had a great selection, and prices i could afford (and no delivery charge) I forgot my mom lives in a fenced in area so the first attempt to get the flowers to her failed. They tried in vain to reach me, they waited a bit outside the gate even...When i called them back they said they would try to get it to her the next day ..Mothers day... And they came through for us :) I also talked to the owner who was so nice. Holidays are busy for florists, but they went above and beyond for me and my mom loved her flowers!!!! Thank you guys. I will order from you again :)

This was the most delightful experience I had with ANY business so far. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was incredibly pleasant and willing to assist me with any questions I had. They even went above and beyond and added candy and balloons to my flower delivery upon request, without asking me to pay any extra!. After seeing the finished delivery product, I was so impressed. The way the arrangement was with the balloons and candy was beautiful. Not only was their product and attitude amazing but their punctuality was perfect too! They delivered the flowers at the EXACT time they said they were going to. This is a place of business where your money will not be wasted. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Hiram Flower Shop!

I live in Virginia and wanted to send my best friends family who live in Douglasville some sympathy flowers for a recent loss in her family and so I went on several different flower shop websites in that area and finally came across Hiram Flower Shop and I am so glad I did! I made a mistake that I caught shortly after placing the order and called but by then they had closed so I emailed them thinking that I wouldnt get a response until the following day but Julia responded literally 5 minutes after I sent it and was so very helpful and accommodating! Small businesses are the way to go for excellent customer service and Hiram Flower Shop definitely takes care of their customers.

I dont take the time to write many reviews, a business has to be extremely good or absolutely terrible. Hiram Flower Shop is EXTREMELY GOOD. The service and flowers are excellent but what really stood out to me was the personal concern and care they took with my order and our happiness. They made several calls to make sure my wife was happy with her flowers after going above and beyond to deliver them AND THEN went out of their way to make sure I was happy and getting positive feedback from my wife. Words really dont do them justice so Ill just say this, I will use HFS exclusively for my future orders.

I visited Hiram Flower Shop just a few days before Valentines as it was on my way home from work and close to my wifes job. I was greeted warmly by Julia. I tend to order flowers online and didnt really know what I wanted. Julia took her time to figure out the perfect arrangement for my wife. They were delivered on time as expected and my wife loved the arrangement saying they were the prettiest she had seen. Her coworkers made similar remarks about how beautiful they were. I will be purchasing flowers exclusively from HFS from now on. Great job!

I live in Dallas and needed to send my best friend flowers for her first game as an Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader. Not only was I greeted with amazing customer service over the phone, the floral designers added amazing personal touches to the bouquet such as 1/2 dozen red roses, red alstromeria and silver tings with red and black glitter football all in a black ceramic rectangular container all delivered in the same day!!! The designers did a fantastic job! Id definitely recommend to a friend and will be using them again.

I have nothing bad to say about Hiram Flower Shop. I moved here from Chicago last year and found this flower shop for all things celebratory that involves occasions with my wife. They have never let me down, theyve came through shining like new money bringing a smile to my wifes face every time theyve delivered flowers to her. Basically making me look good with each order. If youre looking for a flower shop with great people, youve found it in Hiram Flower Shop.

Best Flower Shop around. I had waited until last minute for a corsage for my prom date and after calling about 5 florists no one would take my order because they were too busy. When I finally called Hiram Flower Shop they went above and beyond what I needed and even made a few extra to let me choose from. They by far exceeded my expectations and they are the only flower shop I will use from now on. If I could give 10 stars I would.
