I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister-in-laws birthday to be delivered to her home. My sister-in-law was at work when the delivery person arrived. Instead of leaving the flowers on her front porch (on a private drive), the delivery person left a note and took the flowers back to the florist. By the time my sister-in-law arrived home, the florist was closed (at 5:00 p.m.). So no flowers for her birthday. Florist never mentioned that the recipient had to be home. After calling to cancel my order, I was told her front porch (on a private drive) was an "unsafe" place to leave them. So, basically, as a working individual with a 9:00-5:00 job, my sister-in-law can never receive flower delivery from this florist. Very disappointed. They have lost a customer (or two).

After a not so great experience with the original florist for my daughters wedding, I turned to Piepmeier in hopes that they would be able to take on the task with about a month and a half to go before the wedding. Not only did they gladly accept the task they exceeded all expectations on every front. The flowers were exquisite, delivery was as promised, the customer service outstanding! I cant say enough about what a wonderful and stress free experience this was. Comments from others at the wedding were nothing short of how beautiful the flowers were.
