I ordered glasses. They told me they would be ready in 7 - 10 working days. Gave them my home and work number. Waited 3 weeks and heard nothing. Finally I called to check on them. The girl said - they have been here. I said that I was waiting and never notified. She said - we send a text. I said I dont have a cell phone. She said - thats why then - we send a text! Really? $350 and they cant pick up a phone and call? Everyone does not have a cell phone.

Husband went had an appointment. Glasses werent done in an hour. Picked tgem up the next day. They were awful. Went back in next day no one helped him. Left glasses and receipt and walked out. A guy called him back and said he couldnt help him. Call or come in tomorrow! Disgusted!

if I could give zero stars I would! Taking over 2 weeks almost 3 to get my glasses!!!! Never in my life have I had to wait this long!!! Its not at all express!!!! And I spent almost $600 because I ordered the high index lenses. I kinda just wanna get a refund and order elsewhere.

I had an eye ware emergency. I was headed out of town and needed some quick assistance. I had passed the store a,few times I stopped by. Well, about 45 min later I was headed to the airport with a pair of glasses I liked and a spare. They were helpful, fast and professional.

Went there in the morning, picked up two pair of glasses in the afternoon for $38 plus a little extra for an anti scratch coating. Very good quality, will definitely go again.
