Friendly and cozy boutique; however its apparent that theyre selling old trash for questionable prices. If you sell irrelvant items such as outdated consoles or a knife that appears to be a collectors items, you should mind the consumer: you would never buy a $115 collector knife from an OVER GLORIFIED FLEA MARKET STAND, you would go online or to the proper storefront that sells knives such as Gander Mountian. I attempted to sell two video game controllers but got turned away for an undisclosed reason, yet they sell video game consoles and games. Awful business practice especially in modern economic hardships, a pawn shop should stimulate local economic development yet locations like this only make poor outsourcing options inevitable, such as gamestop or swap websites, which can be inconvenient to say the least.

I visited the location in West Seneca. As I was waiting for my items to be appraised I noticed a sign on the door that said "Lisas world....adjust to it". At first I thought it was comical. After Lisa had stepped out of her office to speak to me, I had realized that it wasnt a joke! I cant even call her a lady, so I will say that girl, is extremely abrasive and lacks character and class. She was rude and the only thing that came out of her mouth was vomit. Never again will I patron this location nor any of there locations for that matter.

I have bought several different things from bicycles to home theater a laptop and lots of tools. the selection is always great the staff has been awesome and they have even kept there eyes out for a couple of hard to find things and called me when they took them in. I would highly recommend Pawn It and mostly for the great service I have received over the years.

Pawn It is the only pawn shop in Buffalo worth walking into. The customer service is great. I never walk out the door empty handed. I have been coming for years and I will never go anywhere else. Staff is always courteous and fair. I recommend Pawn it to all my friends and family.

The dude looks at your stuff then goes in the back and comes out with some low ball price and tries to pressure sell you into the price he came up with. I will no longer go to this place. If you want fair deals on things go elsewhere becuase you wont find it here!!!

I travel to alot of pawn stores to do business and have found the guys at pawn it seem to be the fairest. they are up to date with current prices and dont low ball me I alway leave there with a good feeling like i got a great deal id recommend checking them out

talk to the owner he is a good dude and will give you a fair price for and item you are selling, dont talk to the smut female aka his girl friend she will give you $5 for an item and say its because it isnt worth much and then turn around and sell it for $80

Nice store. They have a nice selection of items and the store is very clean! The people there are friendly and they have things reasonably priced. This is definitely as place to stop and check out! Ive been there several times already!

I had nohing but the BEST treatment when I went to Pawn it. The older gentleman and the young lady that work there treated me with respect. They have many good pieces and have GREAT prices! Very friendly atmosphere, Highly recommended.
