Never go here. If I could I would give 0 stars. I read most of the reviews so I thought it was going to be a nice place but it definitely wasnt. The most rude arrogant employees work here. I will never go back! The front counter dude was so rude. Pretty much judged me for trying to sell a Michael Kors Watch. Saying its a fossil watch when it was clearly over $300 and says Michael Kors on it. Then another employee says your buying the name. Well you are too if your selling it! Idiots! Im not expecting that kind of money but he didnt have to throw my watch down and say Im not interested in it. I was gonna look around but after that I got out of their. Instead I went to buffalo jewelry and loan and the guy was super nice. Even suggested to sell it myself because their are so many MK watches. I will deff be back their again! But never go here! If u want to have a bad day then go to pawn it. The employees will help you out with that! UPDATE TO RESPONSE BELOW: FYI! I had never asked for $300. You asked me what I would take for it and I said whatever you can give me and you with the almost bald headed man threw it on the counter and said Im not interested. Dont lie! You were very rude and a LIAR! I also had the extra links and the tools that come with it along with the box. You didnt even give me the time of day to show you. Your statement below is false! I will let everyone I know not to come to this liars establishment.

Well, I was there today and was offered $100 dollars for the following; 1. An iPhone 5S, 64 GB unlocked, international version. I was using it in Africa before I moved here. But the dude there started funy stories of how its not truly unlocked and can only be used on two networks and all of that. I just smiled within me. 2. XBox 360, 8 GB 3. Dell laptop with 500GB 4. Nokia Lumia 1020 phone, international unlocked version 5. XBox controller battery charger 6. Parts HP tablet All these was what I was offered $100 for!!!! I just thanked him (for the insult?) and left with my stuff! This was the first time in my life I every tried selling my stuff, and this is clearly the last time I will try such, thanks to pawn it! I was just laughing within me when I left and maybe, there are those they get to give up things at that price, but not me!

Zero stars. Though I will give the young black man who tried to salvage, and a dark haired young man who was there as well the situation props for at least knowing to treat people with respect. I went to check out prices for a few pieces of gold I wanted to borrow against or sell. I was disrespected by the blond young man in a baseball cap who was not only very sarcastic , disrespectful, and utterly lacking in customer service skills. While I may not have been very knowledgeable about my jewelry, it did not warrant this young man treating me/speaking to me disrespectfully and accusing me of trying to tell him how to do his job. He clearly is thin skinned. Its not worth it to go into details but suffice it to say that I will never set foot in this place again. Never have I been treated so poorly!

A very uneducated pawn shop who disrespects customers. They are an embarrassment to the Queen City. Very low class. Employees act like they are above everyone who walks through the door. Ive been to thousands of pawn shops around the country and its very disappointing to know the worse one you could possibly imagine is in our backyards. They clearly dont have proper training and I do not recommend this place. Unless youre looking to have an awful experience and a buzz kill, just stop by this dump. 0 stars would be rating this place too high. Save your things and sell them on Craigslist, FB marketplace or eBay. Youll make anywhere between 60-90% more money selling your personal items.

Ive been there to sell items on 4 different occasions in the past year and a half. Each time in went they took 3/4 of what I was selling (at a very fare price). I was also treated with courtesy and respect when I went there. Im actually going there tomorrow with a few items from an estate sale,im hoping the transaction will go as smoothly as others have gone in the past. When people think pawnshops,they think ghetto places where they could be in physical danger or danger of getting ripped off. I have been coming into pawn it for about 3 years and I have yet to have a bad thing to say about this establishment. I never feel like they are trying to cheat me in any way unlike other pawn stores. Pawn it also has very reasonable prices and will work with you so both you as a costumer and pawn it both get a good deal. Every time I walk in there im greated with a smile and they are always polite. They have even given me money for an item when it wasnt really worth anything just because I have been a costumer for long...

I recently went into a business of cleaning out houses that went into foreclosure. These houses always have things in them that are sellable, so I started going to pawn stores with some of the items that I found and the only place out of 5 in the area which I live in that was reasonable was pawn it. They were not only reasonable with pricing the items I had they even came to get one of the items because I couldnt fit it in my car, without even charging me. I would recommend this pawn store to anyone before going anywhere else.

This is a great store. I was in a bind and needed cash for my laptop that i no longer used. Cullen was the guy who helped me. He got me the money i needed, at a decent price too! I had gone to a couple of other pawn shops and was offered the most money here! Definitely worth a visit! I ended up going back and buying other items as well just recently. I was happy to see the same guy that helped me before. He hooked me up just as good the second time around! Go check it out!

they evaluate your items properly an show you how much they are online then tell you how much they can give you fairly this is the best pawnshop it western ny by fairness trust me ive been to several when going to a pawn shop you must understand you are going for the convenience of getting cash that moment as aposed to waiting several weeks or possibly months to sell your items online

Always a great experience. Great prices on merchandise, very fair prices given if you were to pawn something compared to other places and Ive been to all in the buffalo area. Its an organized place with alot of variance in the things they sell. Overall an experience that would normally be a pain turns out to be very simple. Will be a repeat customer for sure.
