I am a regular customer at friendly pawn store #5 on Chapel Hill Blvd. David, Ana, Roxana, Mr James and Delma have outstanding customer service! The employees at friendly pawn always made it easy and convenient for me. David in the other hand is very friendly and straight forward wonderful personality! Way to go ladies keep it up! Oh before I forget I met a guy today his name Sam he was very friendly and also has great customer service. So with all that said. Please bring your business to friendly pawn on Chapel Hill Blvd. You will not regret it! Way to go friendly pawn!!!

This was one of the worst sales experiences Ive ever had I purchased 2 TVs here and had to take one back because the VGA cable would not working when I took one it back not only could they not find the TV in the system but the manager implied that the TV was Stolen when he could clearly see that there was a sticker on the TV from that store which attempted to remove but couldnt. If the owner reads this you need to tell your manager that implying that a customer without actually looking into the problem is wrong and your not running an honest business.

Great place to shop, sell items, or get a loan. I have been coming here for years and years. The staff is polite and professional. They provide superior customer service always.
