Shame I cant rate 0 stars. I was cautious of the reviews all being good when I realized most where written by "A google user" As if the owner was trying to attracted business with false good reviews and ratings. The feeling was confirmed when I visited the pawn shop. Tucked away in a bad location in a questionable area. The inside looks fresh and new, but also empty as if it just opened that day, yet these reviews go back to 2011. I was hoping to get a fair price for some things to sell/pawn but the owner openly admitted he used ebay as his pricing model and was openly checking unfinalized auctions as his proof of an items worth. I felt my intelligence insulted and attempted to negotiate with him. I was then told "we dont play the high low pricing game with people here. We know what something is worth" Again I felt insulted and left. Of the 4 other pawn shops I visited that day this one offered me the lowest pay for my items and the absolute worst customer service. Avoid this business for afew months in its current condition and it will simply go under. They looked to be on their way out.

I transacted some business at this establishment today. My first time pawning anything. Even though I had read the reviews on them, I was still nervous & anxious - afraid I would be taken advantage of, etc. I couldnt have been treated any better. They are very polite and professional and know their business well. I was given a fair price for my items. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate conducting business with them in the future. To put it another way- I have never written a review of anywhere before- but they deserve the 5 stars.

I came here approximately two years ago and I needed to pawn some items due to a recent lay off. I looked in the phone book and knew the area and the rest is been a great working relationship with the two gentlemen that work there. These men are very professional, know the merchandise, and work payment plans for you if feasible. I recommend this store to anyone looking for new electronics, computers, instruments (a flute!), and beautiful jewelry. These two men are great and give excellent customer service.

I have become a regular customer! A while ago I needed a little bit of money to get through and took some gold around town and these guys offered me an awesome deal; way better than the other 3 pawn shops I also went to, I felt like I got a fair deal. Now at the holiday season I got some good shopping done. Great place in a good location with clean well kept stock and friendly respectful staff.

I absolutly will recommend this place to anyone out there that is suffering for some cash and need to go somewhere nice and friendly to get a good deal. People out there are serious but really nice and they try to do their best to help. I will never change this place for any other one! thank you so much for being so so nice to me all the time :)

This is the nicest, cleanest pawn shop Ive ever been in. (go by there and see for yourself.) The values are great -- $2 DVDs, jewelry at 50 percent off -- and the owner is extremely qualified in gems and precious metals. This shop is a cut above, and sets a new standard for pawn shops in Raleigh, or anywhere else.

I became a customer in 2011 and each time I walk in, its like visiting the local barbershop. Friendly people and pleasant conversation. The two guys really take time to explain everything in detail and gave me excellent service. I received the most for my items and couldnt be more satisfied. Kudos!!!

Great place, friendly atmosphere Honest guys. I had to have some cash quick these guys helped me greatly, they where honest and fair treated me with respect. I have gone back since and will continue to do business with them. They have a personal touch you dont find in pawn shops.
