I bought a generator before hurricane Matthew and it had some carburetor problems. I didnt get a fair price considering the amount of repairs it would need to run correctly but a hurricane is coming so that can you do. After I repaired the engine I went to top off the tank with fuel. Wait why is it leaking fuel on the engine. THE THING HAS A BUSTED FUEL TANK... WTF a new tank cost almost as much as I paid for the generator, within $100 of the cost to buy it from pawn south not including the extra money it took to get it running. Ive done alot of business with this store in the past and they have been willing to help with problems after the sale. Not this time. I didnt want a refund or exchange because the thing runs good after the work I put in. I only wanted help in the cost of a new fuel tank. The manager is totally unacceptable. She offered no help at all in any capacity. I will no longer do business with this place.

They usually have a wide variety of selection of items, great inventory. Customer service is okay, just depends on really well you get, but thats with any pawn shop. If youre trying to trade smh electronics, dont bother, you will not get what you want.
