They refused to issue a refund on an defective piece of electronics that showed no signs of abuse or user damage or tampering. I had the receipt, all undamaged original packaging and had made the purchase less than 24 hours prior. The woman at the counter was rude, condescending and unwilling to give me a reason for the refusal. Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Until today I gave them quite a lot of business until today and not only do I have no intention of ever patronizing a Meijer again, I will implore all of my friends, relatives and everyone I have the chance to not to give them their business ever again. Why would I ever trust a store that claims I have thirty days to return something if not completely satisfied If that policy is a lie. In this country that is called a scam.

Worst experience at Meijer pharmacy in Maumee, Ohio. Dont trust them with your prescriptions at all. I use to go to Meijer pharmacy until I encountered the rudeness of manager named Danielle. She refuse to help me, take the information about the insurance, and thought she was above me because she kept saying "Im the pharmacist"! I called customer service to complain...they had a team leader named Amanda respond to my email. She apologized but offered nothing for the inconvenience due to the managers rudeness. Meijers in my opinion doesnt care about their customers!!!

One of the cleanest and best laid out stores I think Ive been to. There have been so many times that Ive said to myself, "I wonder if Meijer will have X product", and lo and behold they do. Their produce is typically very good, their store brand items are a cut above the rest (much better than Walmart brand), cashiers are generally very friendly and quick (and they have enough of them almost all of the time unlike Walmart). Ive tried going to Kroger more than a few times, and keep coming back to Meijer. Prices are great, selection is amazing, and the store is CLEAN.

Shopping yesterday March 31 2017, we had the best experience!A young lady worker asked if she could help us. We were looking at Schters shoes.....none available in our size. She checked and said to ask the cashier about a rain check cashier did not know how to it we said forget it. As we were at our car loading the young lady namedDawn came out and gave us a rain check!!! Never had service like that THANK YOU DAWN YOU ARE ONE IN A MILLION AND SHOULD BE COMMENDED even with your fake mustache!

What can I say? Its a Meijer, and like all Meijers you pretty much know what youre in for. Their produce/meat/bakery is all on-par with the rest, which is nothing stellar but itd also be difficult to find anything really wrong with it. They have mostly everything you could be looking for on an average shopping trip, and theyre open 24 hours which is a great convenience when you decide spontaneously that you need to buy flowers and pastries at 2am on a weekday.

Love this place. Shop here often. Good prices. Very clean. Kids love the penny pony. So why 3 stars? 1. They have the absolute slowest deli EVER. No matter what time of day, day of week, week of month. The folks working back seem to have no concept of time or sense of expedience and it has been this way since I can remember. A little efficiency study is in order.

There are always good deals to find here. The produce is great and the meat department is exceptional. Almost everyone Ive had to deal with has been friendly and sincere. Occasionally on their busier days the lines are a little long or backed up but they try to get you through as quickly as possible while still being friendly.

Thank goodness, had one check out open ran by a clerk. It was after midnight. I refuse to use self check out. Thats takes away jobs. Only complaint was I wanted window screening. Sent to different departments & still could not find & no one knew if Meijer carried any.

I love this store! In addition to the typically good customer service I get there, I have to give them a special shout-out for all the extra help theyve given me since I sprained my ankle. The employees have really gone out of their way to help when I needed it.

I rarely visit this location just once a year. But when I do visit the place is usually clean, staff and management is friendly. But what I really like is its rare to find a Meijer store that has a full Cafe. And this store has a full Cafe inside. Cha Ching.

Meijers has been my favorite store since I lived in Schoolcraft, Mich. I shopped all the time at the Portage, Mi. store. I was so happy when they opened them up in Toledo area. Unless something drastic happens I will continue to shop there. Thank You, Karen

Everyone is always super friendly and willing to go out of their way to help customers. Ive never had a bad experience at this location. Be careful driving to the location as there are almost always speed traps especially in front of the UPS building.

My go to Meijer since its closest to my home. Only place in the area that sells Oh Yeah! One protein bars which the main reason I go here on a regular basis. One other major plus is the fact that they accept Apple Pay.

Conveniently located off of Renolyds Rd. In Maumee large parking lot that accommodates Semi-trucks, one stop place for almost anything you need, staff are friendly in safe area, a little pricey though
